Strong Delusion In Scripture,

Part 9:

“The Goodly Horse In Battle: the Church?”

“Mine anger was kindled against the shepherds,

and I punished the goats:

for the LORD of hosts hath visited

His flock the house of Judah,

and hath made them as His goodly horse in the battle.

And they shall be as mighty men,

which tread down their enemies

in the mire of the streets in the battle:

and they shall fight, because the LORD is with them…”

Zechariah 10:3

.

This above verse reveals a wonderful truth concerning, not only God’s people, but also about the spiritual meaning of horses in Scripture.

.

Here we see that God compares His people to a “goodly horse in battle”.

The question to be asked and answered today is this: “is God merely speaking of literal Judah? Or is he speaking of His faithful Elect, made of both Jewish Believers as well as gentile Believers?”

THE TWELVE TRIBES: THE CHURCH-ELECT

.

Well, for the answer to this question, the Bible should be consulted…“James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting. My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations…” James 1:1, 2

.

Here we see that the New Testament writer, James, is addressing his letter to the “twelve tribes, scattered abroad.” And by reading this little book it becomes evident that it is written to ALL true Believers, and not to the literal twelve tribes.

REJECTORS OF SPIRITUAL ISRAEL

Now such an idea as this flies in the face of current conventional wisdom which has mostly rejected the spiritual Commonwealth of Israel, made up of both Jews and gentiles alike!

Yes, today’s apostate church-world has even invented their own derogatory name to shamefully hang around the necks of all who have accepted Paul’s many references to the Church Elect as being the “Commonwealth of Israel” (Ephesians 2:12).

REPLACEMENT THEOLOGIANS

You see, these erring men in today’s church-world often indignantly and haughtily tag them as, “Replacement Theologians”, being ignorant of the fact that it is actually God, through Paul, who first established the wonderful spiritual truth of who comprises the “Israel of God.” Galatians 6:16

.

And so, without realizing it, these erring leaders are actually accusing both Paul and God of being “Replacement Theologians”!

.

But if they truly feared God, they would stay a million miles away from such an accusation, even if it has been borne out of ignorance!

A JEW INWARDLY, NOT OUTWARDLY

.

But listen to Paul…“For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God. Romans 2:28, 29

.

**This above passage is just one of many, in which Paul redefines just who is the true “Israel of God” (see Galatians 6:16).**

But let’s return to this “Goodly Horse in battle”.

.

GOODLY HORSE CONSTELLATION

.

If we look into the winter night-sky, this horse can be seen treading upon the tail of the great Revelation 12 Dragon.

.

Here is a heavenly confirmation of this biblical truth! Here we see the victorious army of Heaven, as it bruises the great red dragon, Satan, under its feet, as written…“for the LORD of hosts hath visited His flock the house of Judah, and hath made them as His goodly horse in the battle…And they shall be as mighty men, which tread down their enemies in the mire of the streets in the battle: and they shall fight, because the LORD is with them…” Zechariah 10:3, 5

.

Now again, those who have been thoroughly indoctrinated into this false doctrine that rejects the spiritual nature of Israel, cannot understand that Judah actually represents all Believers, both Jew and gentile alike.

GOD BRUISES SATAN UNDER CHURCH’S FEET

But listen as God clearly defines which horse it is that bruises Satan under his feet.

Listen…“And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.” Romans 16:20

.

Now who is it that bruises Satan under his feet?

.

Oh yes, it is God who bruises Satan. But Satan is bruised under the feet of the Church-Elect.

THE HORSE & ITS RIDER

Now if the Reader will really study the night-sky, it can be seen that this Goodly Horse Constellation has a Rider upon it!

.

And this Rider is a no less a personage than that of the Spirit of Christ!

.

But this Rider is such a faint constellation (mostly made of the Camelopardalis Constellation), that it must be viewed on a really dark, clear night.

.

But doesn’t that agree with the Bible? In other words, the Spirit of Christ is so gentle and unobtrusive, that it is hard to detect His presence in the Believer’s life!

CHURCH VEILED IN SYMBOLISM

Well, this horse in the Book of Revelation is just another example of how God has placed His Church-Elect within the pages of the Book of Revelation, yet veiled in symbolism.

.

But to those truth-seekers who truly love the Bible, it may be said…“And He (Jesus) said, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God: but to others in parables; that seeing they might not see, and hearing they might not understand.” Luke 8:10

.

Well, the Good News is, that we have a very wonderful and forgiving God.

And all those who fear and tremble at His Word will be delighted to discover that the Book of Revelation, all 22 chapters, is very much for today’s Church-Elect, made of both Jew and gentile alike!

And together, these truth-seeking ones will be the Lord’s, “Goodly Horse in battle; and they shall be as mighty men, which tread down their enemies in the mire of the streets in the battle: and they shall fight, because the LORD is with them…”

It’s best seen when in the western half of the sky. It is found in mid-sky traveling from east to west. In January, it is in the west after midnight. As winter progresses, it can be seen earlier and earlier in the evening. a dark sky with good star-visibility is best, but not absolutely necessary to see this constellation.

It is found on the opposite side of the Dragon Constellation from Orion. And as already stated, this Glorious Horse Constellation can be seen best in mid-winter when it is in the western side of the sky, and you are looking at it while you are facing west.

.

**The nose and head of this horse is partly made from the Perseus Constellation.**

.

**The tail and rear end is partly of the Cassiopeia Constellation. The hind-leg is made partly of stars from the Andromeda Constellation.**

Eternal Torment?

.

Part 22:

“Ignoring Scripture”

“I have seen the travail,

which God hath given to the sons of men

to be exercised in it.

He hath made every thing beautiful in His time:”

Ecclesiastes 3:10, 11

.

It seems that this above passage has never been included along with other passages concerning the Church-doctrine of Eternal Torment.

.

Why?

.

Does not this verse merit any value concerning the eternal destiny of Mankind?

.

Does it not add balance to a proper understanding of the nature of Hell?

.

You would think that those who are such ardent defenders of this old Church-doctrine called Eternal Torment, would want to consider this and other similar passages!

.

Yes, there are many passages which present a vastly different understanding of what eternal judgment will be like for the multitudes of lost souls of Mankind!

.

“DON’T CONFUSE US WITH FACTS!”

.

But maybe that’s the problem. Maybe the reason why they don’t ever include such passages as this, is because it “muddies the waters”, so to speak concerning that much beloved old Church-doctrine!

.

In other words, the Church doesn’t want anything to get in the way of their Church-doctrines, that might call such church-doctrines into question.

.

And this above signature verse seems to do just that!

.

ETERNAL TORMENT BEAUTIFUL?

.

After all, if God has made everything beautiful in His time, then what can we say about Eternal Torment?

.

There’s no way possible to make such a terrifying ordeal as Eternal Torment into something beautiful, now is there?

.

But God clearly says that, “He hath made every thing beautiful in His time:”

.

And there’s no way that an eternal dungeon in which billions of lost souls will be intensely suffering and hopelessly screaming for mercy throughout the eternal ages could ever be considered beautiful!

.

And it wouldn’t be such a beautiful thing to go through eternity knowing that your loved ones and former friends are continually writhing in pain and torment, begging God for one tiny drop of water, now would it?

.

“ALL” MEANS “ALL”

.

But notice that this verse does not say, “He hath made SOME things beautiful in His time”.

.

Nor does it say, “He hath made MOST things beautiful in His time”.

.

No, it says, “He hath made ALL things beautiful in His time”.

.

**And so, if God hath made “ALL things beautiful in His time”, then that would mean ALL things, would it not?**

.

And that would obviously include the eternal future of lost souls.

.

PROVERBIAL ‘HOUSE OF CARDS’

.

Well, this is merely one more verse which “Eternal Torment” advocates conveniently ignore.

.

But there are many other verses which are likewise ignored, so that they may hang on to their church-doctrine which they call, “Eternal Torment”.

.

Because, if they did include this and other similar passages, then this whole ridiculous church-doctrine would totally collapse, being revealed as the proverbial “house of cards” that it truly is!

“COME OUT OF HER, MY PEOPLE!”

Revelation 18:4

.

And this is just one more reason that God considers the churches of today to be Babylon, “the City of Confusion”. Isaiah 24:10

.

Yes, the churches of today cling tenaciously to their traditional beliefs (which, by the way, this one originated in ancient Babylon).

.

Nor are they willing to re-examine them.

.

And so, God has no choice but to call out and remove His faithful ones from all the confusion which is the current condition of today’s churches.

NO MORE SORROW, CRYING, OR PAIN!

No, the universe will instead be a place in which it is written…“And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And He that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And He said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.” Revelation 21:4, 5

Now this above passage reveals the kind of God that we can praise and love and adore for all time and eternity! A God who loves mercy!

ORION, THE GOOD SHEPHERD

With the addition of a single star, Theta Geminorum (the left hand of the Castor twin of Gemini), the sickle in Orion, the Reaper’s hand (sketch to left), now extends the blade, thus transforming that sickle into the hook of a shepherd’s rod and staff. And so now this little Gemini star becomes the tip of Orion’s Shepherd’s rod & staff. Are you a Rollie-Pollie Bug Christian?

Well are you?

.

Are you one of those Christians who respond to all the troubles which assail you, by simply curling up into a little ball, and hiding in God’s Secret Hiding Place?

.

Do you sometimes just pull your covers over you and hide yourself in God’s protective shell which He surrounds you with?

.

Do you just roll yourself up in a little ball and pray to Him? Do you just close out the world and listen to some quiet music, or maybe a Bible reading?

.

Well, if you are one of those types, then you are definitely a Rollie-Pollie Bug Christian! That’s for sure!

But that’s not necessarily a bad thing! You see, a “Rollie Pollie Bug” is one of those little garden bugs who wears a little coat of armor. And when threatened or attacked, this little bug simply curls up into a little ball, and completely surrounds itself with its coat of armor!

MARTHA & MARY

The little account of Martha and her sister, Mary is very revealing about what Christ values most highly.

You see, while Martha was busily serving her guests, sister Mary was sitting at Jesus’ feet, hearing His Word.

Then, when Martha complained to Jesus, He most gently scolded Martha…“Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things: But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.” Luke 10:41, 42

.

**While Jesus loved both sisters with a fatherly love, He nevertheless commended Mary for choosing that “good part”, i.e., hearing the Word of Christ.**

“I REMEMBER THEE UPON MY BED”

We live in a world dominated by those who are strong and lively. But there are those of us who are weak, who are infirm, and even many who are incarcerated.

These should not feel disadvantaged in the slightest! As a matter of fact, by filling their heart with the Bible, they gain an advantage over all those multi-taskers who busily neglect their spiritual life, quite often to the bankruptcy of their soul!

.

And now, with the advent of audio Bibles, the opportunity to sit or lay in bed and hear the Words of Jesus, thereby opens up all Heaven’s divine counsels to any soul who hungers and thirsts for the Bread of life!

Listen…“commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still. Selah.” Psalm 4:4

And so, even though the world keeps sinking deeper into spiritual darkness, God’s grace abounds more and more as His children fill their hearts and minds with His life-giving words!

CURLING UP WITH GOD!

But what a joy to just curl up in bed (like that Rollie-Pollie bug), and simply soak in God’s Word! No earthly pleasure can compare to the joy and peace and contentment which God gives to those who love His Word!

Listen to Jeremiah’s love for His Word…“Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and Thy Word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by Thy name, O LORD God of hosts.” Jeremiah 15:16

Such a joy like Jeremiah’s is truly a gift that the world just cannot understand!

ORION THE SOLDIER

The pagan cultures saw this incredible constellation as a hunter, with a club.

Well, they weren’t too far off. Actually, God created it to appear like a soldier. This is because all nature presents aspects of the Gospel.

Listen… “The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament shows His handiwork.” Psalm 19:1.

And so now we are amazed to discover that beyond the awesome grandeur of the starry night-heavens, God has actually written the Love of God upon the heavenly scroll!

7 MAJOR STARS OF ORION…

.

Orion Constellation can best be seen all winter (but even in August in the pre-dawn hours of morning in eastern skies) traveling east to west through the night, in mid-sky.

.

To find the seven major stars of Orion (one star on each shoulder and one star on each foot, plus the three stars which make his belt), you can locate on just about any clear night regardless of the blackness of the night.

.

To find Orion’s other stars, you need more star-visibility…a darker, moonless night, and possibly away from city lights.

.

The Return of Elijah,

Part 2:

“Fathers & Children” CONTINUED

“The sin of Judah is written with a pen of iron,

and with the point of a diamond:

it is graven upon the table of their heart,

and upon the horns of your altars;

Whilst their children remember

their altars and their groves

by the green trees upon the high hills.”

Jeremiah 17:1, 2

.

This above passage from Jeremiah speaks of how sin is indelibly inscribed on the tablets of the heart.

.

Of course, this passage only speaks of Judah.

.

And yet, “all Scripture is profitable for doctrine, confirmation, correction and instruction in righteousness”. 2nd Timothy 3:16

.

**And since this passage is very much an integral part of Scripture, it is likewise, “profitable for doctrine”, even in New Testament times!**

.

ELIJAH TO RETURN?

.

**Now in Part 1 (click here), the focus was on the Prophet, Elijah, that God is going to once again send him, just prior to the great and terrible day of the Lord.**

.

And his great commission from God will be to turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to the fathers.

THE WORLD-LOVING CHURCH

.

And it was also highlighted that to a great degree, the Christian community has become so focused on the pleasures and ambitious pursuits of this present-day cornucopian super-society, that our Christianity has greatly suffered as a result.

.

Thus, our present-day apostasy really begs for the return of Elijah, in hopes of turning the heart of the fathers to the children and the heart of the children to the fathers!

JEREMIAH FOR OUR DAY

.

Now, today’s devotional is pointing out that today’s signature passage from Jeremiah really puts an exclamation mark on the apostate condition of today’s church-world…

.

Listen again…“The sin of Judah is written with a pen of iron, and with the point of a diamond: it is graven upon the table of their heart, and upon the horns of your altars; Whilst their children remember their altars and their groves by the green trees upon the high hills.” Jeremiah 17:1, 2

.

This passage really reveals the bad example of the fathers having its deleterious effects upon the children. And though this passage was written back in the days of Judah, it nonetheless is very applicable today!

.

.

Listen again to this same passage…“The sin of Judah is written…upon the table of their heart…Whilst their children remember their altars and their groves by the green trees upon the high hills.”

Yes, the idolatry of the fathers is carried on with their children, as they likewise worshiped their gods in every high place of idolatry.

OUR ACTIONS DON’T MATCH OUR WORDS

And let’s face it! You or I can tell others that Jesus is coming back very soon.

.

But if our works testify of our love for this selfish world, then our testimony to others is little more than a joke! A really bad joke!

.

Listen to 1st John 2:28 & 3:3…“And now, little children, abide in Him; that, when He shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before Him at his coming…And every man that hath this hope in Him purifieth himself, even as He is pure.”

.

Here is the great work before us! To purify our hearts, and to transform our lives into Jesus’ image, so that we may meet the Lord in peace!

.

MANY DIVERSIONS TODAY!

But sadly, God’s people have filled up our hearts and lives with so many of the pleasures and ambitious pursuits of this the Devil’s world: television, radio, Internet, newspapers, magazines, novels, expensive & lavish vacations, science books, politics, sports, clubs, amusements, hobbies, eating & drinking, buying and selling, ambitious-time-consuming-energy-sapping-careers, frequent sight-seeing tours, lavishing inordinate time & money on our homes & gardens & lands & needless recreational vehicles…and the list goes on and on!

.

Now perhaps a few of these worldly amusements might not be so bad.

.

But when these diversions begin to multiply (and they always do), we inadvertently must put our Salvation on the proverbial, “back-burner”!

.

OUR CHILDREN TWICE AS WORLDLY!

.

And by our own bad example, our children learn to go headlong after the same pleasures and pursuits!

.

And because their interest in the Gospel may be less than ours, they often go completely away from the truth, and into the same ambitious pursuits as the secular world pursues!

.

Thus is fulfilled the warning from Paul…“But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.” 1st Timothy 6:9

.

Oh yes, they may continue to attend some weekly church service.

.

But the chances are, their heart is probably not so much into the Gospel, as it is into the world!

AN ARMY OF ELIJAHS!

.

Well, the Good News is that we don’t have to wait for Elijah to show up!

.

No, we can begin right now to put away these vain and foolish pursuits, and begin to cry out to the Lord to put in us, “a right Spirit” and give us, “a new heart!” (Psalm 51:10 & Ezekiel 36:26)

.

And who can tell, “if God will turn and repent, and turn away from His fierce anger, that we perish not?” Jonah 3:9

.

And truth-be-told, those who do return to the Lord in heart-felt repentance, and begin to purify their hearts and lives will actually become an army of Elijahs, thus fulfilling the prophecy…“Behold, I will send Elijah before the great and notable day of the Lord…”! Malachi 4:5

1st FACE…THE NIGHT WATCHMAN

“MOON IS CONFOUNDED”… The first face, a man’s face, is easy to see. It is that proverbial ‘Man in the Moon’. Most have seen it. Even as little children. (The other two faces are not so easy to see. But let’s concentrate on the first face.) Notice that the ‘Man in the Moon’ appears as though he is looking down at the Earth. ‘Shock and Awe’. That’s the look on his face. Sadness too! You might even see the tears running down his cheeks. (“Rivers of waters run down mine eyes, because they keep not thy law.” Psalm 119:136) The Moon is spoken of as a “faithful witness”. God’s covenanted law is spoken of as a faithful witness as well. Listen to the Psalmist…

“It (God’s covenant with David [i.e., Christ]) shall be established for ever as the Moon, and as a faithful witness in heaven. Selah.” Psalm 89:37. Notice here that God is comparing His Covenant to the Moon as a “faithful witness”. The Moon reflects the light of the Sun, just as Christians should reflect the light of the Sun of Righteousness, Jesus, who should be in their daily lives. And so the Moon fulfills the verse from Psalms which proclaims… “Praise ye him, Sun and Moon: praise him, all ye stars of light.” Psalm 148:3

Daily Devotional, Year 3 – June 22

.

The Return of Elijah,

.

Part 1:

“Fathers & Children”

.

“Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet

before the coming of the great and dreadful

day of the LORD:

And he shall turn the heart of the fathers

to the children,

and the heart of the children to their fathers,

lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.”

Malachi 4:5, 6

.

There’s a great deal of speculation about this above passage concerning the return of Elijah, the Prophet, just prior to the “great and terrible day of the Lord”.

.

Will this Elijah be the exact same Elijah who came to Israel back in the days of the kings of Israel?

.

Or will he be another individual, who, like John the Baptist, will come in the spirit and power of Elijah?

.

Or was this Old Testament prophecy fulfilled in the coming of John the Baptist?

.

And these are the three most popular theories about this most infamous human prophet who is to return in these last moments of time.

IT WILL TAKE US BY SURPRISE

.

Well, one thing is for sure, whoever this Elijah turns out to be, it will take God’s people by surprise.

.

Yes, the Bible is filled with story after story about how God purposely does things in new and original ways!

.

For instance, just think about when Christ came to this world.

.

Nobody was expecting Him to come in the way that He came!

.

Everyone was taken by surprise to the degree that the spiritual rulers over God’s people believed He was of the Devil and treated Him accordingly!

.

OLD TESTAMENT SACRIFICIAL SYSTEM!?!

.

Now, there is further speculation about the return of Elijah.

.

You see, there are many who speculate that Elijah’s coming will somehow set in motion or correspond to the rebuilding of the temple of the Lord, over there in Jerusalem. Thus, the Jews will return to the Old Testament sacrificial system.

.

Now, this idea seems to be really far-fetched, since Christ’s Atonement on the Cross forever did away with the Old Testament sacrificial system.

.

And so, if the Jews ever try to begin the Old Testament sacrificial system, it would be nothing more than a vain and worthless endeavor! A mere exercise in futility! Worse, a slap in God’s face!

SAD CONDITION OF CHURCH-WORLD

Now as we look around at the church-world, do we see an undone work to be performed within the family circle?

.

In other words, does the heart of the fathers need to be turned to the heart of the children? And visa-versa?

TOO MANY DIVERSIONS

.

Well, statistics show that young people are leaving the Church is mass numbers, to join in with the same pursuits of the secular world!

.

And truth-be-told, this cornucopian super-society is filled with so many diversions, pleasures, and ambitious pursuits: and many Christian parents are pre-occupied with such world-loving pursuits!

.

And so, it is no wonder that such a disconnect exists within the family circle! And coupled with the very high divorce rate in the Church, things are not well at all!

A CORNUCOPIAN SUPER-SOCIETY!

And to a great degree, Satan the False Prophet has stolen a march on God’s people!

Yes, he has created this cornucopian super-society with the express purpose of diverting the hearts of Christians and non-Christians alike, to the seemingly endless variety of vain pleasures and ambitious pursuits of this selfish world!

.

And so, if ever there was a time when the heart of the fathers needs to be turned to the heart of the children, it is now!

.

Thus, this horrible condition in today’s church-world really begs for the return of Elijah!

.

“And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord”

Ephesians 6:4

.

One great means of counteracting the great overflowing tide of evil in this fallen world is for the parents to make every effort to reflect the loving ways of Jesus to our children.

.

In simpler terms, we must plead daily with God to give us the grace to live with our family in such a way as to show them that Heaven is a place of joy!

.

And the parents need to show much heavenly love for our children. Whether engaging them in their little games and sports, or hugging them often, or just making life in the home nice and breezy.

.

This is an integral part of what it means to “bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.”

.

The Christian parents must, kindly, patiently, and gently, guide our children through their childhood in such a way which will cause them to desire, yes, even yearn, to walk side-by-side with us along the joy-filled highways and byways of eternity!

GOOD NEWS!

.

But the Good News is, we don’t need to wait for Elijah to return! We can begin right now, to turn our heart to our children!

.

Yes, right now we can begin to put away our vain amusements and ambitious pursuits, and begin to devote ourselves to the Lord!

.

WEEP BEFORE THE ALTAR (THE CROSS)

.

And the prophet Joel gives us the prescription for restoration…“Let the priests, the ministers of the LORD, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, Spare Thy people, O LORD, and give not Thine heritage to reproach, that the heathen should rule over them: wherefore should they say among the people, Where is their God? Then will the LORD be jealous for His land, and pity His people.” Joel 2:17

.

Yes, as this above passage says, we have allowed the heathen to rule over us!

.

We and our children have been taken captive by this atheistic society. And we willingly send our little lambs into the deadly jaws of this Antichrist world, to be indoctrinated by television, radio, schools, and secular neighbors!

.

And the remedy for this is to weep before the altar (the Cross), and cry out for deliverance for both our self and for our children!

“BE AFFLICTED, MOURN, AND WEEP!”

.

The New Testament Book of James offers a similar prescription for spiritual healing…“Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God…Draw nigh to God, and He will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He shall lift you up.” James 4:4, 8-10

.

Yes, we really need to understand just how greatly in trouble we really are! And once we do, then it won’t be so difficult to, “Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness.”

.

We need to get a vision of Judgment Day, and just how horrible it will be should we one day soon witness our unsaved children being cast into the Lake of Fire!

And so, we all must put away our vain and foolish endeavors and begin to devote ourselves to the Lord, as if our very soul’s Salvation is at stake!

This page is about the Big Dipper, also called the Great Bear constellation (Ursa Major ). However, the ancient pagan cultures did not see this constellation as God intended it to be seen. It is actually a headless woman in childbirth. This is seen in springtime. It is seen in the northern skies.

Part 11:

“Living In A Sexualized World!”

Just look around! Just look in about any direction, and you will see some form of sexuality!

.

Yes, it seems that this society has become sexually crazed!

.

Just walk through any shopping mall and notice how often the signs and billboards are pushing sexuality in hopes of getting us to buy their product! Just look at the way so many people dress these days!

.

It’s a very sensual world today! And much of society have even become sexually crazed!

.

But what can we do about it? And why should we do anything about it?

.

After all, if others want to go after those things, what difference does that make to me? I’ve left all that stuff behind, now that I’ve begun the upward Christian pilgrimage unto the Heavenly Promised Land!

.

SEPARATION, A HUGE BIBLE CONCEPT!

.

Well, the Bible has much to say about separation!

.

Yes, God presented account after account in the Old Testament to encourage His people to separate themselves from the ways of the unbelievers.

.

Listen…“But if ye will not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you; then it shall come to pass, that those which ye let remain of them shall be pricks in your eyes, and thorns in your sides, and shall vex you in the land wherein ye dwell. Moreover it shall come to pass, that I shall do unto you, as I thought to do unto them.” Numbers 33:55, 56

.

Now this is just one of many exhortations for God’s people to drive the heathen out of their land.

.

NOT TO BE YOKED TOGETHER WITH UNBELIEVERS

.

But this concept of separation is also continued in the New Testament…“Wherefore come out from among them (unbelievers), and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean [thing]; and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be My sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.” 2nd Corinthians 6:17, 18

.

This command from God for His people to separate themselves from unbelievers, is a huge part of the Bible. And God even threatens His people with destruction for ignoring this principle!

.

And even here above, in 2nd Corinthians, God holds out being a Father to us, conditional upon separating ourselves from unbelievers!

.

“LEARN NOT THE WAY OF THE HEATHEN”

.

But why should we separate ourselves from them? Why is God so concerned?

.

Well, one verse which explains why, is found in Jeremiah 10:2, “Learn not the way of the heathen…”

.

OK, so we shouldn’t learn the way of the heathen. But what’s that got to do with separating ourselves from them?

.

Listen again to Paul’s warning…“Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.” 1st Corinthians 15:33

.

So here we have the answer to why we need to separate ourselves. Because evil communications will corrupt our hearts!

.

SURROUNDED BY SENSUALITY

.

But what can we do about our situation? After all, most of us are pretty much stuck where we are! And we just cannot go live in a cave, or move to some remote country location!

.

We need to go into stores, and walk past all those provocative pictures, and listen to all that sensual music playing throughout the store!

.

Yes, the fact is, at this present hour, we cannot come completely out of the world!

.

But we can certainly come a good way out, if we so-choose!

SINFUL INFLUENCES IN MY HOME

.

That’s right! We can indeed come a good way out, if we so-choose!

.

For instance, if I am watching television each day, then chances are, I’m going to be seeing a lot of sexuality.

.

**Or if I listen to the current styles of music each day, then I am going to be hearing a lot of sensual music and/or lyrics.**

.

Or if I spend time surfing the Internet, then I am going to be exposed to a lot of things that are sexually explicit.

SCHOOLS OF SODOM

.

The public-school systems have long engaged into indoctrinating students into atheism, evolution, socialism, etc….

.

But now, to the utter shock and horror of both the church, but also much of the populace, an increasing number of public-school systems have begun to aggressively groom students into sexuality and even into the sin of Sodom & Gomorrah! Some schools even encourage young girls to shower with boys!

.

And the federal government, now fully tyrannical, have ratcheted up their efforts to nationalize all schools into the sodomization of the nation’s youth!

.

Such utter wickedness was unthinkable just a few short years ago!

.

ELIMINATE UNGODLY INFLUENCES

.

And so, the first place to start is right in my own home, to eliminate as much sensuality as possible.

.

And let’s face it, the Bible tells us that the wisdom of this world is…“earthly, sensual, devilish.” James 3:15

.

SENSUALIZED OLD HYMNS?

Now one word of warning about the Christian community.

There is a lot of sensuality in much of today’s so-called “worship” music. Much of the music sounds like music for a romantic evening. Even many of the old hymns have been re-done to sound like torrid love-songs.

.

Quite often, the singers in these re-makes, will imitate the sensual crooners of the world, straining their vocal cords to get that “airy, bedroom voice!”

THE SENSUAL CHURCH-WORLD

Yes, tragically, the church-world has been greatly influenced by the sensuality of the secular world.

And those who are serious about the purification of their heart will want to stay away from this kind of music, even though the lyrics have a somewhat Christian flavor.

SO-CALLED CONSERVATIVE CHRISTIAN RADIO STATIONS

Even though there are some really conservative Christian radio stations, the fact is, much of their music has a sensual, romantic sound.

And probably those who have Internet will want to find a program which allows them to choose their own particular songs.

And those who must shop in stores, can listen to audio Bible to avoid the sensual music often airing. Or they can simply stay in prayer.

.

And as far as the sexualized signage in so many stores, the Christian will just have to look the other way.

SOCIETY NOW TRANSFORMED INTO A “TOTALITARIAN-ANTICHRIST-MIND-CONTROL-MACHINE”!

Now, these are some suggestions about how to eliminate ungodly influences as far as possible.

But there is much the Christian can do to fortify his or her mind against all the sensuality of the world.

The Bible says in Psalm 119:11, “Thy Word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against Thee.”

The Christian needs to fortify his mind with God’s Word…“But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in His law doth he meditate day and night.”

Yes, to meditate upon God’s Word, the Bible throughout our day is the greatest wall of protection we can possibly build against the ungodly influences which the god of this world is flooding our society with.

WIDE & NARROW GATES IN THE HEAVENS

As the opening verse says, “Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.” Matthew 7:13-14

So what are these two gates all about? And how can I choose the right door? Well, just read this article and these questions and more will be answered.

But before we explore these questions, let’s take a look at why these two sets of stars represent these two biblical gates.

HOW THE GATES RELATE TO ORION & DRAGON

In the eastern sky, it’s not so easily seen which gate the Revelation 12 Woman will enter. The Wide Gate is made of the two brightest stars of this Wave of Water Constellation.

Satan spews out the deadly water of his false worldly ideologies; which many of these ideologies have a form of godliness, but in some way are not in harmony; or perhaps these worldly ideologies add to the Bible, which is strictly forbidden (see Deuteronomy 4:2).

**On the other hand, the Strait Gate (narrow gate) is composed of the two brightest stars of the Orion The Reaper’s sickle. The true Strait Gate represents Jesus, the Word of God.**

MANY PHARISEES TODAY!

Well, the fact is, the church-world today is filled with a vast throng of church attendees who fit into this category: being very moral!

As a matter of fact, morality is a great substitute for Salvation: because it masks the undone heart condition of all those who appear to be outwardly righteous, and yet have not become “born from above”.

THE GREAT PRETENDERS

Yes, there are multitudes in the church-world who do a pretty good job of being “pretenders”.

.

They faithfully attend church each week, sitting well-behaved each week as they sing, pray and listen to the preacher. They pay their tithes. They do their 30 minute Bible study each morning. They may even hold a church office.

.

And yet, they have never been truly broken before God, nor received a new heart, via the Holy Spirit. They are still under the spirit of Antichrist, that is, the Devil. Their heart still goes after the pleasures and treasures of this selfish world.

.

They attempt to serve Heaven while still hanging on tightly to the things of the earth!

.

“MINISTERS OF (PSEUDO) RIGHTEOUSNESS”

And yet, the Bible clearly reveals that, “no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.” 2nd Corinthians 11:14, 15

.

Here we see that Satan purposely places unsaved souls in the churches to lead astray the truly Elect, through their world-loving ways, masked by their Antichrist false-morality.

And the Enemy-of-Souls has done a marvelous job of deceiving the Elect into joining in the pursuit of earthly pleasures and worldly treasures, because of the bad example set by those Antichrist deceivers in the Church!

“COME OUT OF HER, MY PEOPLE!”

But the fact is, right now, the call is going out…“Come out of her (the apostate churches), My people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.” Revelation 18:4

.

Here is the line of separation between the true and the false within the Church. God has pronounced the churches to be Babylon, the Harlot City.

.

And He is calling His people to come out of her.

.

But those who refuse to come out, do so at the risk of receiving the plagues of God’s fierce wrath.

SEPARATION OF WHEAT & TARES

This end-time separation is actually the long-awaited harvest of Believers in which the wheat will be separated from the tares!

.

And just as wheat kernels are separated from the chaff on a windy day, so too, the winds of false doctrines are now blowing through the church-world, carrying away the chaff, while the true wheat is left, ready to be gathered into the storehouse.

Well, the Good News is, God is very willing to remove the Phariseeism from us, if we so-choose.

And so, we have our work cut out for us! But God promises that, “He which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:” Philippians 1:6

Yes, it is actually God who sits as the purifier of hearts, and will bring us forward to the day of Jesus Christ, in which our hearts will be purified like gold and like silver. (see Malachi 3:3 & 1st John 3:3)

Daily Devotional, Year 3 – June 19 ((Jeremiah & the Smooth Prophets, Part 4: “Jeremiah Came Out From Among Them!”)

Daily Devotional, Year 3 – June 19

Jeremiah & the Smooth Prophets,

Part 4:

“Jeremiah Came Out From Among Them!”

“I sat not in the assembly of the mockers, nor rejoiced;

I sat alone because of Thy hand:

for Thou hast filled me with indignation…

Therefore thus saith the LORD,

If thou return (to the Lord),

then will I bring thee again,

and thou shalt stand before Me:

and if thou take forth the precious from the vile,

thou shalt be as My mouth:

let them return unto thee;

but return not thou unto them.”

Jeremiah 15:17, 19

This above passage is a testimony to Jeremiah’s separation from the apostasy which had prevailed in the congregation of God back in his day.

“I SAT ALONE, BECAUSE OF THY HAND”

.

Now, did God approve of Jeremiah’s decision to separate himself from the apostate portion of God’s house?

.

Well, listen again, as God answers him back in verse 19… “Therefore thus saith the LORD, If thou return (to the Lord), then will I bring thee again, and thou shalt stand before Me: and if thou take forth the precious from the vile, thou shalt be as My mouth: let them return unto thee; but return not thou unto them.” Jeremiah 5:19 (parenthetical comment supplied by this editor for clarification purpose only)

.

Here above, the Lord makes a declaration about His expectations for Jeremiah. But even though this declaration was a harsh exhortation, it did not include any command to return to a fellowship with, “the assembly of mockers” (Jeremiah 15:17). As a matter of fact, God instead commanded Jeremiah to, “return NOT thou unto them! (v.19)

.

“THE ASSEMBLING OF OURSELVES TOGETHER”

.

Well, this is a far cry from what today’s apostate churches would have us to believe!

.

And the primary passage used to support this erroneous idea that Believers must remain in the apostate churches is found in Hebrews 10:25…“Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.”

.

Now even though this verse seems to make a strong command to not forsake a regular fellowship with other Believers, it must be compared with other passages which add more information: such passages as today’s signature passage from Jeremiah…“let them return unto thee; but return not thou unto them.”

“THE CONGREGATION OF THE DEAD”

“The man that wandereth out of the way of understanding shall remain in the congregation of the dead.” Proverbs 21:16

Oh yes, even though the Lord had created the churches to be a safe-haven for Believers to fellowship together, He in no way is advocating Believers to remain in an apostate and spiritually dead organization.

“ITCHING EARS” GOSPELS TODAY

And let’s face it! Today’s church-world has devolved to the low-level of which Paul foretold of…“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.” 2nd Timothy 4:3, 4

THOSE “FAR-OUT” CHURCHES OVER THERE!

Now how could the church-world be as bad as this above passage by Paul? “Oh yes”, many might say, “Those liberal churches and those crazy, ‘signs-and-wonders’ churches may indeed be apostate. But not my church! My church teaches straight from the Bible!”

.

Well yes, compared to those liberal and ‘crazy’ churches, the so-called “conservative” churches look pretty good by comparison!

.

“SUPPOSING THAT GAIN IS GODLINESS,

But the fact is, this apostasy runs deeply through the so-called ‘conservative’ churches, too!

First of all, the “liberal” churches, and those “crazy” churches aren’t the only ones who embrace the prosperity-driven gospel. No, even in the conservative churches embrace this same earthly-prosperity gospel, howbeit in a more conservative form, often tagged as, “The Entrepreneurial Spirit”, or “The American Dream”.

.

Thus, whatever true doctrines they might teach become defiled, infected, polluted, and compromised by their prosperity-driven gospel!

.

“THE LORD…HATES ‘PUTTING AWAY’! (DIVORCE)

Malachi 2:16

Second, just look at the divorce rate in today’s churches! Statistics show that divorce in the church-world is about the same as in secular society!

.

And then, to make matters even worse, there is the encouragement for divorcees to remarry after the divorce!

.

**Thus, the church-world follows the dictates of the secular society, rather than follow the Bible only. (see Matthew 19:9)**

MANY ABOMINATIONS

.

**But these two abominations (prosperity-driven gospel & divorce/remarriage) are just, “the tip of the iceberg”, as they say!**

Time could be spent listing many other abominations: such as the sensual music often heard in today’s worship services.

.

Or the “buying-and-selling” commercialism in the church-world, or the erroneous doctrines, such as “The Pre-Tribulation Rapture”, or “Dispensationalism”, or “Eternal Torment of Unbelievers”, or the false, “unbiblical hermeneutic which forbids allegorical interpretation of Scripture”.

When God answered Jeremiah’s complaint, it became evident that Jeremiah had work to do in his own life.

Here was Jeremiah’s problem. He still needed to purify his heart from the defilement that was commonly accepted in that day. No doubt, Jeremiah’s daily association with the apostate people of God had taken its toll on Jeremiah.

And in his own apostasy, Jeremiah had unknowingly separated himself from the Lord to the point that he was beginning to question the Lord’s honesty (see Jeremiah 15:18).

And God was letting Jeremiah know in no uncertain terms, that he had work to do in his own life: the work of heart purification!

And thus it is today! The Church has become so self-absorbed with seeking after the earthly pleasures and worldly treasures of this opulent and hedonistic cornucopian super-society, that the great commission of heart-purification has been put on the proverbial “back-burner” in most cases!

“WHOSOEVER…FORSAKES NOT ALL…CANNOT BE MY DISCIPLE!”

Yes, we have been detoured and derailed by the False Prophet (Satan), who has deceived us into thinking that we can pursue many of the seemingly innocent indulgences that the secular world takes for granted: television, secular radio & Internet, novels, newspapers, magazines, clubs, theater, movies, ballets, dramas, sensual music, comedy, sports, hobbies, amusements, politics, parties, fellowship-with-unbelievers, energy-sapping-time-consuming-careers, luxury-resorts, extravagant vehicles, lavish homes, gardens, furnishings, marrying-and-giving-in-marriage, are just a few of the distractions which caused the Church to become overcharged with, “surfeiting, drunkenness, and the cares and pleasures of this life!” (see Luke 21:34-36)

.

Of course, some of the indulgences mentioned above are not inherently evil by themselves. But together, collectively, these distractions have been combined to the point that the Gospel has taken a back-seat to these worldly pursuits, in the lives of far too many church-goers.

GOOD NEWS FROM A FAR COUNTRY!”

Proverbs 25:25

Well, the Good News is that God is giving us this warning in an hour in which the door of mercy is still ajar!

And like the prophet Jeremiah, if we will purify our heart and life from our love of this selfish world, God gives us the same promise as He gave to Jeremiah… “Therefore thus saith the LORD, If thou return, then will I bring thee again, and thou shalt stand before Me: and if thou take forth the precious from the vile, thou shalt be as My mouth: let them return unto thee; but return not thou unto them.” Jeremiah 5:19

“The 4th Horse”

“And when he had opened the fourth seal,

I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see.

And I looked, and behold a pale horse:

and his name that sat on him was Death,

and Hell followed with him.

And power was given unto them over

the fourth part of the earth,

to kill with sword, and with hunger,

and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.”

Revelation 6:7, 8

This fourth horse seems to be speaking of the death which eventually causes the end of the Church era.

.

The Bible makes the sad prophecy…“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;” 2nd Timothy 4:3, 4

.

Here we see that eventually the true Gospel will no longer be tolerated in the churches, but replaced by a more palatable gospel which appeals to itching ears.

PROSPERITY-DRIVEN GOSPELS

And of course, we are now witnessing such a compromised Gospel today, as the churches are embracing a prosperity-driven, Mammon-loving message.

Now this prosperity-driven gospel takes on several forms: one which is tagged, “Name-it-and-claim-it” preaching, while the more conservative form is called, “The Entrepreneurial Spirit” or “The American Dream”. Either way, the bottom line is: Mammon, Mammon, and more Mammon!

.

Jesus said…“No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.” Matthew 6:24

.

Satan has been busily giving this modern world a make-over in which he has turned the former Reformation nations into veritable cornucopian super-societies.

.

Yes, just about any and every earthly dream is within reach to all those willing to trade their soul for the riches and glory of this present world.

.

And sadly, the Christian world has jumped on board with the secular world in pursuing the earthly treasures and fleshly pleasures of this Sodom-like society!

.

OTHER ABOMINATIONS

.

Now there are a number of other abominations which have crept in the church-world to complete the apostasy within the local congregations: sensual music under the guise of “worship music”, brought on by the recording industry which charges money for the buying and selling of its products.

.

But also, the so-called Christian television networks have further debased and replaced the true Gospel with apostate false doctrines, greedy religious hucksters, alluring women in immodest attire, and a host of other abominable practices.

.

DEATH-TO-SELF

.

But this fourth horse is not only symbolizing the death of the church-world, but also the death of true-worshipers.

.

Yes, the goal of each and every true Christian is to die with Christ.

.

And the true Church, made up of every Elect worshiper of Christ finally comes to the point of death-to-self.

.

Yes, God’s people finally arrive at the place in which they can no longer endure seeing the woe and destruction of this hedonistic and opulent world, and its devastation effects upon their family.

.

FLEEING TO THE MOUNTAINS

.

And thus is fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah…“In that day a man shall cast his idols of silver, and his idols of gold, which they made each one for himself to worship, to the moles and to the bats; To go into the clefts of the ragged rocks, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty, when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth.” Isaiah 2:20, 21

.

And so, this fourth pale horse speaks of both the death of the churches, and the death-to-self of God’s true worshipers, as they flee to the spiritual mountains, finding safety and refuge in the ragged rocks, where their heavenly bread will be given them and their waters of grace will be assured!

FLOOD-WATERS OF SATAN CONSTELLATION

7 HEADS, 10 HORNS, & 7 CROWNS OF THE DRAGON

“And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.” Rev. 12:3

In Revelation, the Dragon of Revelation 12 is described as having seven heads, ten horns, and seven crowns. However, the Dragon Constellation up in the night sky does not. But God has faithfully created the wave of water, in such a way, as to illustrate this same concept of the seven heads, ten horns, and seven crowns. Because this wave of water is basically composed of ten stars. The main body of the wave has seven stars (#‘s, 1 thru 7). And the tip of the crest of the wave has the other three stars (#’s, 8, 9 & 10). So we have this 7 and 10 numbering. And this gives us a great clue, as to where in the Bible we should look, to find out the riddle as to just what or who do these 7 heads, 10 crowns, and 7 horns represent. Because, the Bible speaks very much about floods and waters as being associated with Satan (the Dragon).

Why Doesn’t My Christianity Work?

.

Part 2:

“Forgiving Others”

This is a continuation of the February 4th devotional… Why Doesn’t My Christianity Work? Part 1

.

“Then his lord…said unto him,

O thou wicked servant,

I forgave thee all that debt,

because thou desiredst me:

Shouldest not thou also have had compassion

on thy fellowservant, even as I had pity on thee?

And his lord was wroth,

and delivered him to the tormentors,

till he should pay all that was due unto him.

So likewise shall My Heavenly Father do also unto you,

if ye from your hearts

forgive not every one his brother their trespasses.”

Matthew 18:32-35

.

Are you asking yourself the question, “Why doesn’t my Christianity work? Why can’t I study my Bible more? Why is my prayer-life so anemic?”

.

Do you sit in church each week and smile, pay tithes, and bless, and sing, and pray, all the while knowing that your Christianity just isn’t working?

.

Does your pastor constantly reassure his flock that you are all on the road to Heaven, and you try to hang on to that reassurance, only to be overwhelmed with doubts?

.

Well, you are not alone! Probably most other churchgoers, these days, are wondering the very same thing!

FORGIVING OTHERS

.

Here above, in today’s opening Bible passage is a very important aspect to having a successful Christian life.

.

If we believe that God has forgiven us, then why in the world would we not forgive the debts of others?

.

Too many Christians are harboring unforgiveness for the debts of others.

.

And such unforgiveness should be a tell-tale sign that my Christianity is in trouble.

.

FORGIVE US AS WE FORGIVE OTHERS

.

Listen to the Lord’s Prayer…“And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.” Matthew 6:12

.

Once again, the Lord is holding out forgiveness conditional on our forgiveness for others who are indebted to us.

.

FORGIVE AND FORGET!

.

Now, if somebody is faithfully repaying us on a loan, that’s fine.

.

But if we can see that the outstanding debt is taking its toll on that debtor, creating some mental or financial hardship, then perhaps I need to simply forgive and forget about it.

.

THE LORD WILL REPAY!

.

After all, doesn’t the Lord promise…“Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free.” Ephesians 6:8

.

Here we have full assurance that the Lord sees our every act of forgiveness and will repay our kindness with like kindness.

.

A very simple concept!

.

A MONKEY-WRENCH IN MY SALVATION!

.

But there are many faithful church-attendees who want to exact justice from others.

.

And this unforgiveness is like the proverbial “monkey wrench” in the gears of my Salvation!

.

Listen again…“So likewise shall My Heavenly Father do also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses.” Matthew 18:35

.

So, whether it be some social blunder, or some act of neglect or rudeness, or even some financial debt gone unpaid, it makes no difference.

.

EVERLASTING LIFE WORTH INFINITELY MORE!

.

The gift that Jesus wants to give us is worth infinitely more than any earthly debt. Everlasting life is of infinite value.

.

And Christ paid for each and every sin I have and will ever commit!

.

So why not take the attitude…“freely ye have received, freely give.” Matthew 10:8

.

HOLY SPIRIT IS THE SPIRIT OF FORGIVENESS

.

While a churchgoer claims he or she needs time to pray for forgiveness for another, the fact is, true forgiveness is a product of the indwelling Holy Spirit.

.

In other words, forgiveness is an ongoing Spirit within a true worshiper of God.

I don’t need time to dredge anything up.

Either I have that forgiveness already, or I need to question my own Salvation.

.

**For example, when Jesus was on the Cross, He didn’t need more time to say, “Father, forgive them”.**

.

**Nor did Stephen, in Acts 7:60, need more time to say, “Lord, lay not this sin to their charge.”, regarding those who were stoning him.**

.

These both already had the Spirit of forgiveness dwelling within!

GOOD NEWS! MERCY-GATE STILL AJAR!

The Good News is, that there is still time to repent of these things!

How wonderful that God has left the door of mercy ajar, that we might enter in!

But let’s not tarry! Let’s enter in that Narrow Gate!

And be assured that your supposed unpaid debts from your debtors will be more than compensated for as we joyfully walk hand-in-hand with those former debtors through the Everlasting Gates of Heaven!

and hath made them as His goodly horse in the battle.

And they shall be as mighty men,

This above verse reveals a wonderful truth concerning, not only God’s people, but also about the spiritual meaning of horses in Scripture.

Here we see that God compares His people to a “goodly horse in battle”.

The question to be asked and answered today is this: “is God merely speaking of literal Judah? Or is he speaking of His faithful Elect, made of both Jewish Believers as well as gentile Believers?”

THE TWELVE TRIBES: THE CHURCH-ELECT

Well, for the answer to this question, the Bible should be consulted…“James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting. My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations…” James 1:1, 2

Here we see that the New Testament writer, James, is addressing his letter to the “twelve tribes, scattered abroad.” And by reading this little book it becomes evident that it is written to ALL true Believers, and not to the literal twelve tribes.

Yes, today’s apostate church-world has even invented their own derogatory name to shamefully hang around the necks of all who have accepted Paul’s many references to the Church Elect as being the “Commonwealth of Israel” (Ephesians 2:12).

And so, without realizing it, these erring leaders are actually accusing both Paul and God of being “Replacement Theologians”!
