“It’s a Wonderful Life! Or NOT?”

Of all the movies ever made, perhaps the most beloved is the movie, “It’s a Wonderful Life”.

.

**When making the movie, one of the lead actors marveled at how easily the movie production came together… “It was not even made from a book, but just dreamed up!”, he later remarked.**

.

Yes, this movie magically came together, to become one of the greatest achievements of Hollywood’s history.

THE BATTLE RAGES ON

.

Of course, for those who are fighting the forces of evil in this spiritual Armageddon world, we understand that very little happens by mere chance.

.

We are not ignorant of Satan’s devices!

.

And we understand that this arch-enemy of Jesus is working overtime to draw the hearts of men, women, and children away from The Kingdom of Heaven, and back into this lost world.

SATAN’S ADVERTISER-IN-CHIEF

And so, television has become the advertiser-in-chief for Satan’s kingdom.

.

Yes, the television’s very purpose is to convince us that, “It’s a Wonderful Life!”

.

But it’s not a wonderful world! Just the opposite! It’s a horrible world!

.

As we go through our daily routine, perhaps more than 7,000 people die every hour around the world! 7,000 people an hour! And that’s just a conservative estimate!

.

We go about our daily duties, not realizing that 80+ people commit suicide every hour (also probably an extremely conservative estimate!)

.

As we ring in each new year, a million people around the world have been abducted and sold into slavery this past year.

.

Millions become addicted to drugs and alcohol each year

.

Millions of babies are aborted each year.

.

Millions of murders, rapes, robberies, beatings, thefts.

.

Millions become ill around the world.

.

And then, we turn on some movie which tries to sell us on the notion that, “It’s a Wonderful Life”.

LUCIFER: GOD OF THIS WORLD

The fact is, this world was high-jacked long ago by Satan and his followers, after they rebelled from Heaven’s government of agape-love.

.

And all this, after Lucifer convinced a third of the angels that he had a better way to achieve happiness.

.

Of course, God knew better, but allowed this rebellion to continue, knowing that it would eventually expose itself for the fraud and failure that it truly is!

.

And so, God diverted Lucifer and his fellow rebels to this Planet Earth, and allowed this rebellion to continue to run its course, for all the host of Heaven to observe.

THE MAGIC OF TELEVISION

And so, here we are. And as that currently popular mantra says… “How’s your world-of-sin working out for you?”

Thus, in these last days of earth’s history, Satan has flooded the world with all sorts of propaganda to convince us that this horrible world is, “a pretty nice place, after all!” Therefore, it shouldn’t be a surprise that such movies as, “It’s a Wonderful Life”, came together so “magically”.

.

Yes, with television, Satan can take a sympathetic storyline, and some fresh-faced actors, along with some colorful lighting, and appropriate back-ground music, and make this tragic world seem like really great place to live!

.

SELLING YOUR SOUL

And those who happen to be experiencing a few years of peace and prosperity buy into Satan’s lie.

But though they may waste a few decades enjoying this world-of-selfish-delights, they know not that they are like lambs going to the slaughter!

.

**They don’t realize that they are trading their soul away to the, “god of this world”, for a few years of prosperity.**

AMBASSADORS FOR HEAVEN

But God has chosen a group of earth’s citizens, to become ambassadors for Heaven.

Yes, that’s our job. And it is our commission to call out to mankind, in hopes that some will hear and respond and turn away from this dying world, and turn back to God and His government of unselfish love.

.

DECEIVED CHRISTIANS

.

Unfortunately, many of those who have been called, have bought into Satan’s big lie.

.

Yes, many, or perhaps most of those whom God has called to become ambassadors for Heaven have been deceived by false gospels, which offer Heaven in one hand, and this selfish world in the other hand.

.

Listen… “Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.” 1st John 2:15-17

.

But God isn’t offering both worlds. He wants us to choose one world or the other. Because you cannot love this present selfish world and love Heaven too!

.

They are diametrically opposed to each other.

.

LIVING FOR HEAVEN

Jesus says… “He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for My sake shall find it.” Matthew 10:39

Oh yes, we must remain in this selfish world for a few more years.

And so, we must work and raise our family and attempt to provide them with a pleasant life.

.

But when we become a citizen of Heaven, our eyes begin to look Heavenward.

.

No longer do we hope for the worldly pleasures and earthly treasures that we once sought for.

.

Now our desire is that we might lead our family to Salvation.

.

Now we live to present Christ to the world, by our godly example.

CALLING LOST SOULS

.

**And so, the point of, “It’s a Wonderful Life”, was that the main character got his life back here on earth.**

.

But the point of the Christian life is to renounce this evil world and live the rest of our life to call lost souls out of this hopelessly rotting, smelly old world of sin, selfishness, unhappiness, and death!

.

And while there was a somewhat religious element to that movie, it totally turned out to be an advertisement for this kingdom of Satan, which we are stuck in for a few more years.

THE EVERLASTING WORLD TO COME

God has a wonderful world in store for all those who choose that world.

.

There will be no more sorrow or crying. But it will be a world of laughter and singing, and brotherly love for all the redeemed ones.

And hopefully, you and I will be there to enjoy God’s pleasures for evermore!

Of that world to come, it may truly be said, “It’s a Wonderful, and an Everlasting Life!”

The Answer to Every Question

.

We live in a day and age in which information is very easily accessible.

.

**With the advent of the computer, we can now just ask a question and in merely seconds, can be reading an answer, via that Information Super-Highway! It’s nothing short of amazing!**

.

But in addition, there are countless books and magazine articles and TV shows, dedicated to offering us advice about this or that question of life.

.

WHO DO WE LISTEN TO?

.

The problem is, just who do we listen to?

.

There are so many conflicting ideas coming at us! There are so many self-help books to read! And so many psychologists who assure that their way is the right way!

.

“Who should I marry?”

.

“How should I raise my children?”

.

“How should I prepare for the future?”

.

“What kinds of entertainment should I allow my children to watch or listen to?”

.

“How should I love my spouse?”

.

“How should I deal with friends, neighbors, and fellow-workers?”

.

“Should I invest in this or in that?”

.

“Which church should I go to?”

.

“Do I need to be concerned about the neighborhood children’s influence on my children?”

.

“How should I discipline my children?”

.

“How should I educate my children?”

.

“Is it okay to drink?”

.

“How can I get control of my temper?”

.

These are just some of the life-questions which elicit a myriad of differing opinions.

“MAN SHALL…LIVE…BY EVERY WORD”

.

“It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” Matthew 4:4

.

The above words were uttered by Jesus, as he refuted the lie of the King of Confusion, the Devil, during His temptation in the wilderness.

.

**And notice that Jesus did not say, “Man shall…live…by SOME words of God”.**

.

Rather, Jesus commands that man shall live, “by EVERY WORD which proceeds out of the mouth of God!”

.

**In other words, the Bible is not some pic-n-choose buffet in which we accept this and refuse that! But man is to walk by every word of God!**

This is the only way that we can walk in truth.

A DOUBLE-EDGED SWORD

The Bible is called, “a two-edged sword”. Hebrews 4:12

.

In other words, it cuts both ways.

.

For those who seek after truth, the Bible will reveal truth.

.

But for those who are looking for excuses to sin, the Bible will provide all the necessary excuses.

.

That is why it’s so important to live by every word of truth, and not just cherry-pick what we like.

THE QUESTION OF WINE-DRINKING

.

For instance, the Bible says… “And wine that maketh glad the heart of man,” Psalm 104:15.

.

Now if we stop right there, we could only conclude that God approves of Christians drinking wine.

.

But if we keep reading, we stumble across this verse… “Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise.” Proverbs 20:1

.

Now we are in a quandary.

.

So, which is it?

.

Should we, or should we not drink?

.

“GIVE WINE TO THEM THAT ARE PERISHING”

And so, the Christian continues to study out the subject of whether or not to drink, and eventually finds this next verse…

“It is not for kings, O Lemuel, it is not for kings to drink wine; nor for princes strong drink: Lest they drink, and forget the law, and pervert the judgment of any of the afflicted. Give strong drink unto him that is ready to perish, and wine unto those that be of heavy hearts. Let him drink, and forget his poverty, and remember his misery no more.” Proverbs 31:4-7

.

So now, the Bible student begins to see a much greater concept concerning wine. God is a tender God, and takes no pleasure in seeing mankind suffering.

.

And so, He has given wine to those who are perishing and have no hope, so that they can drink and forget their miseries.

“NOT FOR KINGS TO DRINK WINE!”

But for kings (and Christians are kings), God has chosen them to reign and rule with Christ. And since our King, Jesus, did not drink wine, we naturally want to emulate Him in every way.

And so, realizing that Christ was and is a King, this same verse answers the Christian’s question about drinking…“It is not for kings, O Lemuel, it is not for kings to drink wine; nor for princes strong drink: Lest they drink, and forget the law, and pervert the judgment of any of the afflicted.

.

Yes, here is seen that as kings, we are not to drink wine.

“THEY…SEARCHED THE SCRIPTURES DAILY”

.

Listen to this exhortation from the Book of Acts…These (Bereans) were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the Word with all readiness of mind, and searched the Scriptures daily, whether those things were so.” Acts 17:11

.

Here is seen, that just like those noble Bereans, we too must search the Scriptures daily to seek for the truth, without prejudice or bias.

.

This is how we are to search the Bible for the answers to life’s questions. And the more we prayerfully/carefully search, the easier it gets to discern between truth and error.

“COME OUT OF HER (BABYLON) MY PEOPLE”

Revelation 18:4

And so, when you get right down to heart of the matter, this world is a Babylon, “The City of Confusion”! (Isaiah 24:10)

Opinions, teachings, religions, and ideologies are blowing from every direction!

.

And the Bible tells us… “Come out of her, My people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.” Revelation 18:4

.

God has given us a book, which answers every question! When a person places their trust in that book, then and only then will they finally be able to come out of Babylon, “the city of confusion” Isaiah 24:10.

Yes, the confusion in our mind will simply go away, as we fill our hearts with God’s Word of truth!

MICHAEL, THE SOLDIER

If one looks up in the winter night skies, the constellation, Orion can be located. This constellation fulfills Revelation 12 concerning Michael the Soldier, who battles against the Dragon: “And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.” Rev. 12:7, 8.

Contrary to popular opinion, Michael here represents Christ as He battles this dragon. This will be adequately proven in this article and in various other sections of this website. No, Christ is not merely an angel. Christ is very eternal God. But Christ is often represented as various entities, such as a rose, or a burning bush, as well as many others things in the Bible.

Indiana Jones Parenting? Or Not?

The following excerpt from an Internet web article, made the charge that Christianity is boring, unless combined with sending our children on a quest around the countryside and the world, to get a taste of “real-life” adventures…

.

Listen to this excerpt… “Our kids are bored with the story we are helping them write. The religious interactions we provide are often times, cliché, the means of learning trite, and the Bible we present has no more depth than the felt board Bible Studies presented in Sunday school. So how do we change? How can we help our children write a better story that will draw them closer to God’s heart?”

Now, the author of this article goes on to use the movie, “Indiana Jones”, as a model which we could use, when bringing up our children.

In other words, just as Indiana Jones, an otherwise stuffy college professor, combined his ivy-covered classroom lectures, by doubling as a real-life adventurist and soldier-of-fortune.

.

He didn’t just teach by boring books, but actually lived real-life adventures out there in the big wide world!

A LIVING, ACTIVE FAITH

While this website agrees to a certain extent with the author’s premise that kids need to see a living, active religion of faith in their lives, there is little agreement that real-life Christianity must be combined with some sort of Indiana Jones thrill-seeking adventurism all across the globe.

Reading in this article about this parent who wants to write his child’s story, by taking the child to different places around the country (and around the world), is somewhat in contrast to the rather mundane upbringing which resulted in the most wonderful story ever written on the heart of a child.

Yes, the most wonderful story ever written, was written upon the heart of a boy who had a rather boring upbringing: well, boring by the standards of the author of that critical Internet article.

Of course, that heart belonged to the child, Jesus! And this most wonderful story was written on the heart of a boy who was merely the product of lowly home-schooling!

3 YEARLY RELIGIOUS FESTIVALS

And contrary to the exciting life of Indiana Jones, the Parents of Jesus never traveled much more than 70 miles at any one time!

Rather, the most exciting experience for Jesus the boy, were the thrice-yearly religious festivals in Jerusalem, to which his parents always took Him.

.

Yes, there were great companies of Israelites traveling there on foot, with their families, as they joined in together in songs and in laughter, and in joyful Christian fellowship, occasionally stopping along the way, to break bread.

FAMILY WORSHIPS & HELPING FATHER

.

Beside this, the parents of Jesus gathered their children around the family altar each morning and evening to read, pray and sing (Of course, Jesus spent a lot of time on his own, reading the Bible and praying.)

And other than that, Jesus began working early on, in his father’s carpentry trade.

.

Not exactly your Indiana Jones experience!

A SHELTERED HOME-LIFE

And the parents of course, sheltered themselves, but also sheltered Jesus, as far as possible from evil influences which Satan attempted to poison their household with.

Yes, it’s a big wide world out there! But Satan is its ruler! (see 2nd Corinthians 4:4)

.

And you can just imagine how hard Satan tried, on a daily basis, to penetrate that holy bulwark surrounding the home of Jesus!

.

But by sincere prayer and personal consecration to God, Joseph and Mary, Jesus’ two earthly role-models, kept those walls around their home as solid as they possibly could against the attacks of the relentless enemy, always lurking close-by in the shadows!

HIS STORY

The author of the article in question somehow doesn’t think the rather mundane Christian home-life is a sufficient experience for a child.

.

But as the Bible records, it sure worked for Jesus!

And there has never been a more wonderful story ever written, than His story!

Psalm 1:

.

“How To Breeze Through the Coming Crisis!”

Part 4

“Blessed is the man that walks not in the counsel of the ungodly,

nor stands in the way of sinners,

nor sits in the seat of the scornful.

But his delight is in the law of the LORD;

and in His law doth he meditate day and night.”

Psalm 1:1, 2

.

**Now, the 4th component of Psalm-1’s counsel is the most joyful to write about.**

.

It is the one positive counsel, after the first three negatives…

.

Listen again… 1. “Blessed is the man that walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, 2. nor stands in the way of sinners, 3. nor sits in the seat of the scornful. 4. BUT HIS DELIGHT IS IN THE LAW OF THE LORD; AND IN HIS LAW DOTH HE MEDITATE, DAY AND NIGHT.” Psalm 1:1, 2

Yes, this is the frosting on the cake, so to speak! This is the blissful duty that will make the soon-coming crisis a complete and utter delight! To get lost in the Word of Christ! To meditate upon His precious promises!

**Here is the creme-de-la-creme of the Christian life!**

PERFECT PEACE

.

But how does this component help us to breeze right through the soon-coming crisis?

.

Perhaps this following verse might begin to help us in our quest to understand just how we might breeze our way through the Coming Crisis… “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on Thee: because he trusteth in Thee. Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:” Isaiah 26:3, 4

.

So here, all tucked away in the Old Testament, is a giant concept!

.

To keep one’s mind fixed upon Jesus! That will keep us in perfect peace!

.

And to maintain that perfect peace through the coming conflict will of course, make it a breeze! Right?

.

**What more could we ask for than perfect peace through the tough times ahead?**

***TREE PLANTED* *BY LIVING WATERS***

Now, Psalm 1 continues… “And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.” Psalm 1:3

.

So in the first two verses of Psalm 1, we have the remedy for sin.

.

And in this above 3rd verse of Psalm 1, we see the blessed results of living such a life of fixing our minds upon God’s Word.

UNGODLY LIKE THE CHAFF

.

But now, this very short Psalm 1 concludes by saying this… “The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away. Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.” Psalm 1:4-6

.

So here in this above passage is revealed the ultimate destruction which results from not living by the first two verses of Psalm 1.

.

And those who fail to live by the first two verses of Psalm 1 will not stand in the Judgment just before us, as spoken of in the last verses of that Psalm!

.

They will be driven away like the chaff in the wind! (As you can see in this above photo, this woman is allowing the wind to drive away the chaff from the wheat.)

IN HEAVENLY PLACES

.

But we who are desiring to breeze through the coming crisis ahead, must, in addition to avoiding the miry cesspool of sin all around us, keep our minds fixed upon God’s Word!

.

**Our thoughts must be far above the fray, if we are going to stand on that proverbial, “sea of glass”, amidst the fiery trials before us!**

.

We need to be sitting, “together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:” Ephesians 2:6

.

And of course, such a mindset can only be possible through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit!

.

And so, we must dispense with all the worldly distractions that prevent such a 24/7/365 contemplation of God’s Word!

.

THE HEAVENWARD PATH

.

Therefore, those who wish to breeze right through the coming, “time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time:” Daniel 12:1, must not wait to have this Psalm 1 experience!

.

We must begin right now, exactly where we are!

.

We must keep our head above the filthiness and pettiness so prevalent in everyday life.

.

But in addition, we must begin to make God’s Words the very stepping stones of our daily upward pathway!

.

“I WILL KEEP THEE FROM THE HOUR…”

.

And by so-doing, we will no doubt, just breeze our way through the coming crisis, when it finally arrives!

.

To all such, these following words are written…

.

“Because thou hast kept the word of My patience,

I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation,

which shall come upon all the world,

to try them that dwell upon the earth.”

Revelation 3:10

Part 3 “How To Breeze Through The Coming Crisis!”

“Blessed is the man that walks not in the counsel of the ungodly,

nor stands in the way of sinners,

nor sits in the seat of the scornful.

But his delight is in the law of the LORD;

and in His law doth he meditate day and night.”

Psalm 1:1, 2

**It is told that a certain infamous Hollywood actor had the admirable quality of “keeping his head above the fray”, as the expression goes.**

.

Yes, this legendary hero of the silver screen had the reputation of keeping himself above all the gossip and pettiness and politics, and all the bickering and the backbiting which commonly occurs behind the scenes on the movie sets of Hollywood.

.

OBJECT LESSONS

.

But these daily devotionals attempt to take the various everyday goings-on of planet earth, and hopefully translate them into heavenly object lessons.

.

**And so, just how does this aforementioned Hollywood hero relate to the title of today’s devotional… “How To Breeze Through The Coming Crisis”?**

.

YESTERDAY’S DEVOTIONAL

.

Now in Part 2 (click here), the main focus was about “not standing in the way of sinners”.

.

And 2nd Corinthians 6 was cited in which Paul counsels Christians to be separate from sinners, as far as possible.

1ST THREE ADMONISHMENTS

.

And so, let’s review the 1st three admonishments again from Psalm 1…

.

**Listen… “Blessed is the man that 1. walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, 2. nor stands in the way of sinners, 3. NOR SITS IN THE SEAT OF THE SCORNFUL.”**

.

Yes, these above three sins are the premier sins which lead a Christian into apostasy! Notice that the first warns not to “Walk”. The second warns not to “stand”, and the third warns not to “sit”.

.

And so, the hidden message here is that these three sins are the backward regression which occurs when a churchgoer backslides step-by-step into apostasy.

.

(As you can see in this Judgment Day cartoon, this man is no longer running the Christian Race, but has instead, decided to sit back and enjoy all the pleasures of this life. He has filled his life with the cares and pleasures of this selfish world, and no longer maintains a watchful vigilance!)

.

SCORNING OTHERS

.

**And so, the third admonition is every bit as important as the first two… “nor sits in the seat of the scornful”.**

.

If there is anything that will quickly kill the Christian life, it is, “scorning others!”

.

This sin is borne of pride. And there is nothing that God hates worse than pride!

.

Now the Devil understands this, and he will work hard to put the unwary Christian into situations which are conducive to gossiping.

.

SATAN STEALS OUR PERFECT PEACE

.

One great problem with listening to Satan’s whisperings, is that this is how this “Accuser of the Brethren” gains access into our hearts and minds. And once we allow him access, he often begins to torment us with all sorts of “evil surmisings” about the thoughts and motives of others. (1st Timothy 6:4)

.

We must remember the Wise Man’s advice…“Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life. Put away from thee a froward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee. Let thine eyes look right on, and let thine eyelids look straight before thee. Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established. Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil.” Proverbs 4:24-27

.

Yes, to guard the avenues to the soul, not allowing Satan any access, is our first and foremost duty!

.

***MANY VERSES ABOUT* *SCORNERS & MOCKERS***

.

Listen… “The curse of the LORD is in the house of the wicked…Surely He scorneth the scorners: but He giveth grace unto the lowly.” Proverbs 3:33, 34

.

Here is just one of many passages which warn against scorning others.

.

And those who engage in scorning are putting themselves in position to be judged!

.

But those who are lowly in heart He will give grace.

.

***DAY OF THE LORD* *UPON THE PROUD***

Listen to Isaiah, when speaking of the Day of the Lord… “For the day of the LORD of hosts shall be upon every one that is proud and lofty, and upon every one that is lifted up; and he shall be brought low:” Isaiah 2:12

.

So here we see that the Day of the Lord is upon every one that is, “proud and lofty”.

.

Therefore, if we can ever expect to breeze right through the day of the Lord, the very first thing we would want to eliminate from our lives would be the sins of pride, such as mocking and scorning others!

.

ALL FOUR ADMONISHMENTS

.

Yes, how in the world can we ever expect to breeze right through the Day of the Lord, if we are engaging in proud and lofty scorning of others?

.

Not only will we NOT escape the judgment of God, but instead, we proud scorners will become the very object of God’s wrath on that terrible day!

.

**And so, the great lesson to be learned in today’s devotional, is that all four of the admonishments found in Psalm 1 are equally important, if we expect to breeze right through the coming crisis!**

ABOVE THE DIN & MIRE OF LIFE

And thus, that Hollywood actor had the right idea, by keeping his head above the fray, when on movie sets.

.

And the Christian would do well to imitate this actor’s one virtue, in our own everyday life. (Perhaps he had other virtues as well!)

.

**If we ever expect to be able to meditate (contemplate) upon God’s Word, day and night, we must be careful to not bring the curse of God down upon our head, by engaging in proud scorning!**

***REVELATION 12 WOMAN* *TO WHERE DOES SHE FLEE?***

(WOMAN ROTATES THROUGH THE SEASONS…)

This constellation is made of the Big Dipper, also called the Great Bear constellation (Ursa Major ). However, the ancient pagan cultures did not see this constellation as God intended it to be seen. It is actually a headless woman in childbirth. This is seen in springtime. It is seen in the northern skies.

But as the seasons progress, this travailing woman flips upside down, now appearing as a woman with upraised arms like eagle wings who is running (eventually flying, as shown in sketch on right) into the wilderness (westward). The single star representing her birth-child (Christ) now becomes her head (“Christ is the head of the church.” Ephesians 5:23

The 7 Stars (Big Dipper) is easy to see with its very bright 7 stars. But the Revelation 12 Woman (Ursa Major) must be seen on a dark starry night, away from city lights.

“How To Breeze Through The Coming Crisis!”

“Blessed is the man that walks not

in the counsel of the ungodly,

nor stands in the way of sinners,

nor sits in the seat of the scornful.

But his delight is in the law of the LORD;

and in His law doth he meditate day and night.”

***“NOR STANDING IN* *THE WAY OF SINNERS”***

.

So in the first devotional about Psalm 1 (click here), we examined the command from God, to “walk not in the counsel of the ungodly.”

.

But we must not neglect the second admonishment in Psalm 1…

.

Listen… “Blessed is the man that 1. walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, 2. NOR STANDS IN THE WAY OF SINNERS, 3. nor sits in the seat of the scornful.”

.

And so, in Psalm 1, the second back-sliding step to avoid, is that of, “nor stands in the way of sinners”.

CHRISTIANS TO BE SEPARATE

.

You see, when a person becomes a Christian, the Lord instructs that man, women, or child to… “Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?…Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,” 2nd Corinthians 6:14, 17

.

And so, here is a great big concept which every Christian must take heed to, if he or she expects to have a vital relationship with the Lord.

PURGING THE PROMISED LAND

.

**So much of the Old Testament concerned God’s commanding His people against mingling with the heathen nations, but rather to “*drive out the inhabitants”!***

.

But God was repeatedly giving His people this same commandment, in hopes of really driving home the point about not mingling with unbelievers…

.

Listen… “But if ye will not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you; then it shall come to pass, that those which ye let remain of them shall be pricks in your eyes, and thorns in your sides, and shall vex you in the land wherein ye dwell. Moreover it shall come to pass, that I shall do unto you, as I thought to do unto them.” Numbers 33:55, 56

.

As this passage reveals, God is very serious about Christians maintaining a separation from the world, as far as possible.

HABAKKUK SAYS TO “RUN!”

.

The prophet, Habakkuk, was given a vision of the great apostasy in these last days.

.

And he is shown that unbelievers have surrounded and almost swallowed up God’s people to the point that God’s people are no longer able to make prudent decisions…

.

Listen… “Therefore the law is slacked, and judgment doth never go forth: for the wicked doth compass about the righteous; therefore wrong judgment proceedeth.” Habakkuk 1:4

.

But when the prophet complains to God about this treacherous situation among God’s people, the Lord reveals the remedy to Habakkuk… “And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.” Habakkuk 2:2, 3

.

And so, as this above passage reveals, Habakkuk’s vision is concerning the last days.

.

And the remedy is to “RUN!”

.

IT’S A BRAINWASHED WORLD TODAY

.

So the question comes down to us today, “Is the vision which Habakkuk saw, now fulfilled? Is the vision now beginning to speak, as it was foretold to the prophet? Is it time to ‘RUN’, as God commands us to do?”

.

Well, just look around! Everywhere we look, the Devil is now coming in like a flood, with TV, Internet and high-tech devices, and so-called, “political correctness”, all in effort to brainwash both us and our children!

.

**God’s people are mostly helpless to raise their children in the “nurture and admonition of the Lord”, because of the power of these devices!**

.

HIDE THYSELF

.

And so, just what does the Bible command us to do? How can we possibly escape this horrible and impossible situation? After all, we just can’t flee to the wilderness. There are simply too many laws prohibiting us from doing that!

.

Listen to Scripture… “Come, My people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast. For, behold, the LORD cometh out of His place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.” Isaiah 26:20, 21

.

So God will have His faithful ones to seek the shelter of our chambers, to hide ourselves from the approaching storm, till that storm of God’s wrath is overpast.

.

“THOU ART MY HIDING PLACE”

.

So here is a very important ingredient to how we might just breeze through the terrible storm which is to come upon the whole world.

.

But how are we to hide ourselves? And what chambers are we to hide in?

.

Listen… “For in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavilion: in the secret of His tabernacle shall He hide me; He shall set me up upon a Rock. And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me…Thou art my hiding place and my shield: I hope in Thy Word.” Psalm 27:4-6 & Psalm 119:114

.

Here is given the formula for breezing through the time of trouble! And here is the hiding place for God’s people in these last days!

.

And so, the great lesson to be learned in today’s devotional, is that all four of the admonishments found in Psalm 1 are equally important, if we expect to breeze right through the coming crisis!

There are many Christians who wonder about the days ahead of us.

And even though our religious leaders confidently assure us that we are not going to go through the great tribulation ahead, we are getting increasingly nervous, day by day, as we see Satan coming in like a flood.

Yes, the tragic fact is, things just keep getting worse and worse in both, the world, and the church-world!

And so, there are many who are waking up from their false sense of security, and asking the question… “What can I do to prepare myself for Armageddon? BABYLON THE GREAT!

The very first component is this… “Blessed is the man that walks not in the counsel of the ungodly”

When we enter into Christianity, we are coming into a seemingly brand-new operating system, totally unlike the one we have grown up in. God is bringing us out of the, “City of Confusion”, Babylon (Babylon, the world).

.

And so, as former citizens of Babylon, the world, we are accustomed to doing things as Babylonians do them.

Yes, this antichrist-world-system is compared to the land of Babylon, in Scripture. And we, being its loyal citizens, have been brought up to handle life’s affairs in a worldly manner. Without faith! Without Christ!

OUR BABYLONIAN WAYS…

And so, we naturally are accustomed to respond to life’s situations in a faithless manner.

When somebody hits us, we hit back.

We protect our household with insurance policies, alarm systems, watchdogs and handguns.

We like those who like us and dislike those who dislike us.

We meet violence with violence.

We are polite to those who are polite with us.

We are impatient with “slow-pokes”, cursing at them to “Hurry up!”.

We tell “little white lies”, fudge on our taxes and anything else which seems expedient/beneficial at the time.

We repay kind deeds with like like-minded kind deeds.

We keep a running tab in our mind, on what this person owes us, or that person owes us.

And should they forbear to repay, then we simply cut them off from any future act of generosity on our part.

If necessary, we use anger and sharpness to compel others to cooperate.

We use mockery and sarcastic humor to decimate our enemies, whenever possible.

We use harsh four-letter words to put an exclamation mark on our speech.

We meet force with equal or greater force.

We make contracts, and use the court system to resolve our disputes.

We love our family, and like our neighbor and tolerate the world around us.

When our wife or children die, we cry. When our neighbor dies, we offer a kind word. And though untold thousands of people die each day around the world, we simply brush it off as no big deal! We say, “Tsk, tsk!” at all the suffering in the world.

We love our hobbies, recreation, and amusements.

And as long as we can enjoy this world of sin and selfishness, we have no intention of renouncing this world, and following Jesus.

We love the darkness, and hate the light!

The Great Babylonian Dream-Machine!

**If ever there was a time in history, when Satan was allowed to, “put his best foot forward”, that time is now!**

With the advent of television, radio and Internet, books & magazines, we have truly entered the era of the great False Prophet of Revelation 13…

.

THE FALSE PROPHET

.

Listen to Revelation 13… “And he (the False Prophet) had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.” Revelation 13:15

.

This above verse foretells of a time, in which Satan, coming as the False Prophet Beast, would be allowed to create an image of the 1st beast: an image which could both speak and, “cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.”

Why, he has even convinced a sizable portion of the world’s populace that he doesn’t even exist!

So how does this great deceiver do it?

Simple! He simply raises up charismatic and attractive personalities to sell his product.

And since one popular television program can be viewed by millions of viewers around the world, he can merely pick a handful of these attractive celebrities to become his chief spokesmen and Icons of Success from each category of his various worldly lifestyles.

NOT A BORING DEVIL!

And of course, Satan doesn’t want his loyal citizens to get bored, so he creates a multifaceted kingdom, in which a variety of lifestyles are showcased upon the world-stage!

What kind of lifestyle are you looking for?

**Would you like to be that beautiful la-femme-fatale seductress? Well, it’s not hard to find one! Just turn the channel.**

.

Or perhaps, you want to be her counterpart: that hard-boiled, tough talking, no-nonsense guy! Yes, he’s playing opposite of that femme-fatale.

.

Or maybe you would rather be the bubbly and pretty girl-next-door. Or you want to be her wide-eyed choir-boy type boyfriend! Just turn the channel, and you’ll find them!

Or maybe you want to be the bad-boy, rap-singer, or his bad-girl, gal-pal! Just turn to that music channel, or that movie channel. You’ll find them too!

Or perhaps you wish to be the adventurous type, who lives on the cutting edge of life! Surfing in some tropical paradise! Or ballooning over the Grand Canyon! Or dining by candlelight, while eating some creepy-crawly exotic cuisine in a Far Eastern cafe!

Well, the Great Babylonian Dream Machine will churn out that designer-dream just tailor-made for you!

And of course, these are just a few of the countless dreams which the False Prophet is now churning out of the smokestacks of Hollywood these days!

But there is one thing that all these seemingly attainable puffs of earthly dreams have in common!

Eventually, they all lead to deterioration, destruction, and ultimately, to death and the grave (Sheol means, “the grave”, or “Hell”)!

This is the big lie of the False Prophet! He never shows us the ultimate results of his earthly dreams. He only shows us the very shining tip of the beautiful crest of his waves!

That is, he only shows us the highlights of his worldly dreams!

.

He seldom exposes the grim reality of his selfish and self-destructive lifestyles!

SATAN, THE PIED PIPER OF BABYLON

Yes, Satan’s frontmen are often smiling, mostly fresh-faced, ever hopeful, and always fulfilled! And like the proverbial Lemmings, we have all bought into Satan’s lies, “hook, line, and sinker”, as this old saying goes!

Listen… “and all the world wondered after the beast. And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?” Revelation 13:3, 4

Yes, like those gullible Lemming metaphors, the whole world wonders after, and follows after this world-system Beast-power which Satan has created: this antichrist world-system!

OUR END IS MERELY OUR BEGINNING!

But for those who wish to follow Jesus, our departure from this deceptive world is just the beginning of our eternal joy and contentment!

Yes, unlike this doomed planet, the next world goes on forever!

And our short time of trouble in this unhappy world will result in an eternal inheritance, which promises us, “pleasures for evermore!” Psalm 16:11

LOCATING THE DRAGON

.

THE DRAGON of REVELATION 12 CONSTELLATION . The Dragon Constellation can be located by finding Orion in winter months. The Dragon is to Orion’s left, and the Dragon’s mouth is right next to Orion’s shield. This Dragon’s mouth is the V-like constellation The Hyades Cluster, which is the very same constellation that comprises the head of Taurus the Bull. In other words, Hyades is also known as the head of Taurus the Bull. And Hyades is the mouth of this Dragon.

The tip of the Dragon’s tail is composed of that star-cluster known as The Pleiades. The Pleiades is actually in the shape of a lion’s furry tassel tip of his tail. The sketch below shows this Pleiades as the tail tip.

Now with aid of a dark starry night, you may begin to connect this mouth and the tail with a very long body in an oval shape. The front and back legs are very well-defined with stars. The front legs are made partially of Taurus. The back legs and rear fin are made of the Cetus Constellation. But the long oval-shaped body has relatively few stars, but can been seen, howbeit with a dark starry night. The four stars of the front fins are made partially of Taurus. This Dragon constellation appears in the eastern horizon about mid-summer in the pre-dawn hours, spewing his flood-waters northward toward the Woman of Revelation 12 (Woman in Travail). The Wave of Water is primarily composed of the Constellation Auriga. The are two more less bright stars which are closest to the Dragon’s mouth. These two dimmer stars are also part of this Wave of Water.

Ants: Keeping the Main Thing, the Main Thing!

When you were a child, did you ever stamp your foot upon the pathway of busy ants?

.

Well, as you may remember, they simply continued on with their mission, didn’t they?

.

They merely went around your foot, and kept laboring on their appointed work of gathering food…

.

Listen… “Go to the ant…consider her ways, and be wise: Which having no guide, overseer, or ruler, Provides her meat in the summer, and gathers her food in the harvest.” Proverbs 6:6-8

.

NATURE’S WISDOM

Yes, the ants are a very focused and determined little community!

.

They have their “marching orders”, and nothing seems to deter them from accomplishing their appointed mission.

“THE EARTH…SHALL TEACH THEE”

Well, of course, all nature has been created, not only to be interesting, amazing, beautiful, but instructive as well!

And ants are no exception!

Listen to Job… “But ask now the beasts, and they shall teach thee; and the fowls of the air, and they shall tell thee: Or speak to the earth, and it shall teach thee: and the fishes of the sea shall declare unto thee. Who knows not in all these that the hand of the LORD hath wrought this? In whose hand is the soul of every living thing, and the breath of all mankind.” Job 12:7-10

Here in the Book of Job is revealed that all of nature testifies of our Creator.

ANTS: OUR LITTLE INSTRUCTORS

Yes, all of nature has been created to be our teacher in all matters of true wisdom regarding good and evil.

.

And so, the Bible commends these little metaphors of industry, known as the ant. The Bible even refers to them as, “people”!

Listen… “The ants are a people not strong, yet they prepare their meat in the summer;” Proverbs 30:25

So, just what lesson can we learn from observing these little teachers? How can we relate this all to the Gospel?

***KEEP THE MAIN THING,* *THE MAIN THING!***

Perhaps the greatest lesson to be learned from the ant is that they always seem to, “keep the main thing, the main thing”!

.

But the question to be answered is, “Just what is the main thing?”

.

Well, listen to Paul’s testimony… “But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ. Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,” Philippians 3:7, 8

.

And from this above statement, Paul obviously considered the knowledge of Christ Jesus above every other consideration or endeavor of his life!

.

“THAT I MAY KNOW HIM”

But listen as Paul continues on in this same passage… “That I may know Him, and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being made conformable unto His death; If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead. Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.” Philippians 3:10-12

.

Yes, Paul realized that above all other considerations in life, the main thing in Christianity is to keep one’s thoughts upon Jesus, through the knowledge of Him, through His Word! To “know Him” and to be conformed to Him was Paul’s great desire!

INTO HIS LIKENESS

And Paul lays out a wonderful encouragement in 2nd Corinthians… “But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same Image, from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.” 2nd Corinthians 3:18

.

Here is perhaps, the greatest encouragement found in all of Scripture, concerning how we might become changed into the Image of Jesus!

.

By beholding Jesus, through the contemplation of His Word, we will become imperceptibly changed into His wonderful likeness!

.

What could be a happier and more wonderful promise than this?

SATAN WILL DIVERT

.

But alas, the Devil well understands that this is, “the main thing”!

.

And he will attempt to divert the naive Christian from hiding the Word of Christ in our hearts!

.

And he will go to any lengths to derail the Christian from filling his or her heart and mind with the wisdom and knowledge of the Holy One!

.

MANY DIVERSIONS

Think of it this way…

.

We Christians are like the industrious little ant, doing our diligence to complete the task before us: busily gathering the Bread of Life, and becoming changed into His glorious likeness.

.

And Satan is like the giant person, who stamps his foot in front of our pathway, hoping to stop us from accomplishing our mission!

.

And Satan will throw across our pathway, just about anything he possibly can, in attempt to divert us from, “keeping the main thing, the main thing!”

.

DANGEROUS DETOURS

Yes, you name it!

.

Whatever he thinks will divert us: whether it is some busy-busy ambitious career, or some selfish pleasure, or hearing all the day’s political wranglings, or some time-consuming hobby, or social club, or an all-consuming romance with some marginal Christian, or inordinate music listening, or any combination of various earthly endeavors.

.

And if all else fails, Satan will even try to divert us, by getting us sidetracked into some Christian mission, or humanitarian project, or perhaps some study of science, history, or health books, Creation and prophecy seminars!

Anything to keep us from, “keeping the main thing, the main thing!”

.

But Satan will attempt to get our minds so absorbed in our everyday duties, that we leave Christ behind…

Listen… “And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that Day (of the Lord) come upon you unawares.” Luke 21:34

This above verse warns against allowing even the cares of life to take precedence over our, “keeping the main thing, the main thing!”

THE HOLY GHOST RIDER CONSTELLATION

.

This newest Signs Of Heaven Constellation (Fall, 2013) is by far the faintest of constellations, but is a very incredible and awesome one in a number of ways (which this article will explain).

.

It is primarily comprised of the Camelopardalis Constellation (head and upper back), plus about 5 stars from the Cassiopeia Constellation (his leg), plus some random stars. It appears as an outline of a rider. Only the back of his head is detailed. And his back and the back of his legs are also detailed. Both sides of his arm are visible, and his hand is gripping the horses mane, and that is detailed by three stars (which are also part of the horse’s mane). The rider is in a position vaguely similar to a race-horse jockey. The two brightest stars in this constellation, are from the Cassiopeia Constellation, and are part of his leg. All the rest of the stars are very faint, and must be viewed on a very starry night.

Since this constellation has just been revealed, there may be more to this constellation in the coming months. But if you can locate the Goodly Horse in Battle Constellation, then you shouldn’t have too much trouble locating this Rider Constellation, provided you have excellent star-watching conditions.

Part 2, Continued:

“Drinking Wine”

“…because they received not the love of the truth,

that they might be saved.

And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion,

that they should believe a lie:

That they all might be damned who believed not the truth,

but had pleasure in unrighteousness.”

2nd Thessalonians 2:10-12

JESUS, NAZARITE, PRIEST, AND KING

.

Among the many offices which Jesus held, three major offices were as Nazarite, Priest, and King. And as such, all three offices were each forbidden to touch alcohol. So, while Jesus no doubt drank new wine (unfermented), He was strictly forbidden from drinking fermented wine.

.

And the Bible says concerning Believers… “But ye are a chosen generation, A ROYAL PRIEST HOOD, an holy nation, a peculiar people;” 1st Peter 2:9

.

So, as 24/7/365 royal priests of God, church-goers too should really consider why they are drinking alcoholic beverages. No, God may not execute them, as He did these two drunken priests in this picture. But they may find that they are terminated from being priests for God!

NOT FOR KINGS TO DRINK

.

“It is not for kings to drink wine; nor for princes strong drink: Lest they drink, and forget the law, and pervert the judgment of any of the afflicted. Give strong drink unto him that is ready to perish, and wine unto those that be of heavy hearts. Let him drink, and forget his poverty, and remember his misery no more.” Proverbs 31:4-7

.

This above passage warns kings against alcohol consumption. But rather it says to give wine to those who are ready to perish; to those who be of a heavy heart.

.

But the Bible reveals that Believers are kings… “Unto Him (Jesus) that loved us, and washed us from our sins in His own blood, And hath made us kings and priests unto God and His Father; to Him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.” Revelation 1:6

.

And so, as kings we are not to drink, lest we should pervert good judgment.

ALL THINGS ARE LAWFUL…BUT…

.

“All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.” 1st Corinthians 6:12

.

Yes, as this above verse reveals, all things are lawful for the Christian, but not all things are wise to engage in.

.

For instance, those who engage in drinking are taking a chance on becoming a prisoner of alcohol.

.

And if the reader has ever been a prisoner to some addiction, then he or she well knows how miserable and destructive such a life of bondage can be! And there are few addictions as powerful as alcohol drinking. It sneaks up ever-so imperceptibly and gently slips its shackles upon that person, before they’re even aware, and casts them into an invisible prison, from which they may never escape!

MANY TESTS IN THE BIBLE

.

There’s an old saying which goes, “Give a man enough rope and he will hang himself!” Well, in a very real sense, God gives a Christian enough rope in the Bible, to hang himself, so to speak. Those Christians who are still worldly-minded will fall into the various pitfalls which are often found in Scripture.

.

And truth-be-told, the Bible is a supernatural book. It must be interpreted by the Holy Spirit, to find truth. But Satan will come as an “angel of light”, to attempt to deceive the mind of the naive Bible student.

.

**And 2nd Corinthians 11 also reveals that Satan has his own counterfeit “ministers of righteousness”, who are in many pulpits, speaking perhaps 90% truth, and 10% “damnable heresies”.**

.

So the Christian must be watchful and vigilant… “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:” 1st Peter 5:8

.

LIVING IN A CORNUCOPIAN SUPER-SOCIETY

.

The way things are today, are vastly different than the way things were back then! Alcohol is instantly available in today’s world, where in times past, it was much more difficult to find!

.

Quite often, it was more difficult to even obtain grapes, and the waiting time for fermentation took weeks.

.

Today, just go into any store, and pay a few dollars, and you’ll be drunk in 30 minutes or less!

.

And so, the possibility of becoming a drunkard is far greater today, than it was back in the early days of the Church.

SHOW ME…AND I’LL SHOW YOU…

“Show me a Christian who has decided to drink, and I’ll show you a Christian who…

“…who probably is somewhat discouraged with the Christian life.

“…who probably is not watchful and vigilant.

.

“…who probably has lost his or her great love of Bible study and hourly contemplation of its words.

“…who probably has one foot in Christianity, and the other foot in the world.

.

“…who is possibly contemplating adding further worldly pleasures back into the daily life.

.

“…Who is probably losing the battle of ‘overcoming the flesh’.

.

“…who is possibly considering leaving Christianity, for the most part, and at best will just attend church each week as a nominal Christian.”

CRUCIFY THE FLESH

“Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying. But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfill the lusts thereof.” Romans 13:13, 14

.

The greatest battle that the Christian will ever fight, is the battle against the flesh. This above passage exhorts us to holy living. This is not optional. This is a requirement!

.

Listen… “And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.” Galatians 5:24

.

So where does alcohol drinking fit into this above verse? Simple! It doesn’t!

“THE HOUR IS HASTENING ON!”

For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. Here above God Jesus is warning us to not allow the pleasures and pursuits of life to cause us to get drowsy and unwatchful!

But as we all know, it is so easy to fall into a narcotic-like state of mind! As Bunyan wrote, “We are on enchanted ground!” The Christian is to be sober and vigilant at all times. And the truth is, those Christians who partake of wine, are most likely not being “sober and vigilant.”

.

And chances are, they have forgotten that we are being judged at every moment… “What is man…that Thou shouldest visit him every morning, and try him every moment?” Job 7:17, 18

.

God’s Spirit is literally everywhere! He is right here with both you and myself! He knows exactly what is going on in the hearts and lives of each and every person.

***REVELATION 12 WOMAN* *& NARROW GATE STARS***

.

This most amazing phenomenon is seen throughout the winter. Although it can be observed most of the winter, it is seen best when it is the western part of the sky, at winter’s end (The end of winter being the final scene of this heavenly Gospel story). Orion , the Dragon, and the Glorious White Horse are beginning to descend into the western horizon (sketch to right is Winter Constellations descending into western horizon. This can actually be seen as early as December, in the pre-dawn hours).

.

And at this point it is apparent that the Fleeing Woman of Revelation 12 Constellation is veering toward the two bright stars, known as Castor and Pollux (sketch to left). But the Wide Gate Stars are composed of the two brightest stars of the Auriga Constellation, known as the star, Capella, and the star, Menkalinan. The two stars, Castor and Pollux, make up the concept of the Orion’s Narrow Gate Stars.

.

This can even be observed into June in the western sky (for a short time just after dark). While a dark night is best for seeing the Woman Constellation, the 4 stars which comprise the Narrow Gate/Wide Gate Stars can be seen even under mediocre conditions. It begins with the Fleeing Woman of Revelation 12 Constellation (AKA Ursa Major) going towards these two doors.

.

The sketch to left shows, the two doors are each composed of two bright stars. The two bright stars that comprise the Narrow Gate are the two brightest stars of the Orion the Reaper’s sickle. The two stars that comprise the ‘Wide Gate’ Stars are the two brightest stars of the wave of water that comes out of the Dragon Constellation’s mouth (for explanation of “Wave of Water”, just click here). The stars that make up the ‘Narrow Gate’ are about half the width of the Wide Gate (see sketch to right).

When making the movie, one of the lead actors marveled at how easily the movie production came together… “It was not even made from a book, but just dreamed up!”, he later remarked.

Yes, this movie magically came together, to become one of the greatest achievements of Hollywood’s history.

THE BATTLE RAGES ON

Of course, for those who are fighting the forces of evil in this spiritual Armageddon world, we understand that very little happens by mere chance.

We are not ignorant of Satan’s devices!

And we understand that this arch-enemy of Jesus is working overtime to draw the hearts of men, women, and children away from The Kingdom of Heaven, and back into this lost world.

SATAN’S ADVERTISER-IN-CHIEF

And so, television has become the advertiser-in-chief for Satan’s kingdom.

Yes, the television’s very purpose is to convince us that, “It’s a Wonderful Life!”

But it’s not a wonderful world! Just the opposite! It’s a horrible world!

.

As we go through our daily routine, perhaps more than 7,000 people die every hour around the world! 7,000 people an hour! And that’s just a conservative estimate!

We go about our daily duties, not realizing that 80+ people commit suicide every hour (also probably an extremely conservative estimate!)

.

As we ring in each new year, a million people around the world have been abducted and sold into slavery this past year.

.

Millions become addicted to drugs and alcohol each year

.

Millions of babies are aborted each year.

.

Millions of murders, rapes, robberies, beatings, thefts.

.

Millions become ill around the world.

.

And then, we turn on some movie which tries to sell us on the notion that, “It’s a Wonderful Life”.

.

.

LUCIFER: GOD OF THIS WORLD

.

The fact is, this world was high-jacked long ago by Satan and his followers, after they rebelled from Heaven’s government of agape-love.

.

And all this, after Lucifer convinced a third of the angels that he had a better way to achieve happiness.

.

Of course, God knew better, but allowed this rebellion to continue, knowing that it would eventually expose itself for the fraud and failure that it truly is!
