Prepare Ye The Way!

John The Baptist came preaching the fulfillment of Isaiah Chapter 40… “The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God. Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low: and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain:” Isaiah 40:3, 4.

.

Yes, John came in the stark simplicity of an Old Testament prophet, calling for God’s people to return to the peace-filled simplicity of God’s Word of Christlike love.

.

Because, up till John’s ministry, the pure Word of truth had been greatly compromised with theologian-concocted jargon, rules and holidays which had no basis in Scripture.

REMOVE THE UNBIBLICAL RUBBISH!

And so, when John called them to “make straight in the desert a highway for our God”, he was calling for them to get rid of all the non-biblical rubbish which had cluttered and made crooked the pathway of truth.

John’s message was the call to return to the purity of the Gospel: a call that went out to a people who had been living in idolatry and Babylonish confusion.

JOHN’S CALL GOES OUT TODAY!

.

Well, now that we are standing on the threshold of eternity, this same call goes out to God’s people.

.

You see, we Christians today are in a very similar situation to the children of Israel living in John’s day.

.

All sorts of man-made doctrines, theological jargon, and Babylonian holidays which are not found in Scripture, have cluttered and made crooked the highway for our God to return!

.

Yes, we have been deceived every bit as much as those Old Testament people, maybe even more, considering the much greater light of knowledge which the New Testament Church has enjoyed!

OPULENCE LEADS TO SODOM

.

But in addition, we have been deluded by the Revelation 13 False Prophet Beast, Satan’s Antichrist spirit in today’s world, who has created this opulent and decadent society, and caused us to go a-whoring after all the same self-indulgent pleasures and ambitious pursuits which ultimately led to the downfall and ultimate destruction of Sodom!

Listen… “Behold, this was the iniquity of thy sister Sodom, pride, fullness of bread, and abundance of idleness was in her and in her daughters, neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy. And they were haughty, and committed abomination before Me: therefore I took them away as I saw good.” Ezekiel 16:49, 50.

Yes, to a great extent, God’s people live in pride and luxury, and today’s Christians sadly encourage their young to seek after the same, or even more!

THE CHOICE IS MINE

.

And so, just like those who heard John’s preaching, we too must decide whether or not we will heed the call… “Prepare ye the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God.”

“FLEE TO THE MOUNTAINS!”

.

The Book of Isaiah speaks of the days we are in with the following language… “In that day a man shall cast his idols of silver, and his idols of gold, which they made each one for himself to worship, to the moles and to the bats; To go into the clefts of the ragged rocks, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of His majesty, when He ariseth to shake terribly the earth.” Isaiah 2:20, 21.

.

And so, here we have a very hopeful message from Isaiah!

.

And God’s people will repent of all our idolatry, and run to the safety of God and His Word in that Day when He arises to shake terribly the earth! (And if you have been following the horrific daily news reports, you are sadly aware that this terrible shaking has already begun!)

.

“A highway shall be there…’The Way of Holiness'”

And we are called to forsake all our unbiblical doctrines, all our theological jargon, and our Chaldean holidays which have no authority from God’s Word!

.

We are to return to the simplicity and purity of God’s Word!

.

“And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness…the redeemed shall walk there: And the ransomed of the LORD shall return, and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their heads: they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.” Isaiah 35:8-10. Isaiah speaks here of a highway called “The Way of Holiness”.

.

And on this highway, there will be no more theologian-contrived jargon nor any archaic old church-traditions, nor any holidays of pagan origin, to confuse, to weaken, and to make God’s house desolate of the Holy Spirit’s presence.

.

And that “Way of Holiness” will be paved with the pure Word of God!

THE NARROW & WIDE GATE STARS

.

These two sketches below are the same picture, one with stars only, the other with embellishments. These stars appear more or less like this when they are in the western sky, just before they sink below the western horizon (please excuse the less-than 100% accurate sketch). At the top of the sketches in the center is the Big Dipper. But with other surrounding stars, the Big Dipper is known as Ursa Major or the Great Bear. But as this website points out, Ursa Major is actually the Revelation 12 Woman. (Ursa Major appears much larger in the sky than this sketch shows. But in order to fit her into this drawing, the artist had to depict her much smaller)

IN THE WEST

.

This most amazing phenomenon is seen throughout the winter. It is seen best when it is the western part of the sky. Orion, the Dragon, and the Glorious Horse are beginning to descend into the western horizon. And at this point it is apparent that the Woman of Revelation 12 Constellation is veering toward the Narrow Gate Stars as you can see just to the left of the mountain. A dark night is best for seeing this. It begins with the Woman of Revelation 12 Constellation going towards these two doors. The doors are each composed of two bright stars. The two bright stars that comprise the Narrow Gate are the two brightest stars of the Orion the Reaper’s sickle. The two stars that comprise the Wide Gate Stars (to the right of the mountain) are the two brightest stars of the Wave of Water (AKA Auriga Constellation) that comes out of the Dragon Constellation’s mouth (for explanation of “Wave of Water”, just click here). The stars that make up the Narrow Gate are about one-third less the width of the Wide Gate. The two bright stars which symbolize the Wide Gate are Capella and Menkalinan. These are the brightest two stars of the Auriga Constellation. (For more information on Orion’s sickle, just click here, “Orion The Reaper”. )

Here in this sketch is when these constellations are in the eastern sky in early winter. Satan spews out his false worldly ideologies, which many of these ideologies have a form of godliness. On the other hand, the Strait Gate (Narrow Gate) is composed of the two brightest stars of the Orion The Reaper’s sickle. God’s Word, the Bible is that sickle. The true Strait Gate is God’s Word, the Bible. As a sickle harvests the wheat, so God’s Word will gather precious souls to Him.

THE HEART,

Part 1: 

“TREASURE CHEST OF THE MIND”

THIS IS AN EXCERPT FROM THE ARTICLE… “The Abomination in the Church part 2”

“…and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace…THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS…THE WORD OF GOD”

Isaiah 9:6, Jeremiah 23:6, Revelation 19:13

.

Here is just another very revealing Bible verse, “For ye are not come unto the mount that might be touched…But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem…”, Hebrews 12:18

.

From reading this, we now begin to see the spiritual nature of the Bible. But then, “comparing spiritual things with spiritual”, this next verse must likewise be understood spiritually and not literally…

.

Listen… “And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with Him an hundred forty and four thousand, having His Father’s name written in their foreheads.” Revelation 14:4.

.

Do we really believe that God is going to have 144,000 with tattoos on their foreheads, standing on literal Mount Sion over there in Jerusalem by the Mediterranean?

.

No, the “name” of God is His character as revealed in His infallible Word. And it is His Word that we, His Elect have been hiding in our hearts.

.

WHERE IS THE HEART?

.

Listen again…“Thy Word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against Thee” Psalm_119:11.

.

So obviously, God knows where our brain is located.

.

That is to say, this verse, “Thy Word have I hid in mine heart” concerns our brain…our mind. That is where our heart is. And it is this treasure chest called the heart, which is where God’s Word is to be kept safe.

.

.

HEAVENLY ZION

.

Likewise, to stand on Mount Sion (Zion) does not refer to that hill over there in Palestine.

.

It refers to the same hill spoken of in Hebrews… “For ye are not come unto the mount that might be touched…But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem…” Hebrews 12:18, 22.

.

Obviously, we are to flee to Mount Sion; Heavenly Jerusalem’s Mount Sion, that is! Another clue as to just what is Mount Zion, is found in this Psalm… “They that trust in the LORD shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever.” Psalm 125:1.

.

WOW! Now we are amazed to discover that, “they that trust in the Lord shall be as Mount Zion”. And this Mount Zion “abides FOREVER”, as the above passage reveals. 

.

HINDS’ FEET UPON MY HIGH PLACES…

.

Now there are other verses which tell us just how and just where we must flee to in these last moments of this earth’s history. 

.

Listen as Habakkuk reveals the remedy to this problem…

.

“And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it….The LORD God is my strength, and He will make my feet like hinds’ feet, and He will make me to walk upon mine high places.” Habakkuk 2:2 & 3:19. So here we see that Habakkuk is a really simple book in the following three respects…

.

1. It tells us the problem: the wicked are surrounding God’s people, causing them to err in good judgment.

.

2. It tells us what to do about the problem: “Run!”

.

3. And it even tells us “where to run”. 

.

Listen again… “The LORD God is my strength, and He will make my feet like hinds’ feet, and He will make me to walk upon mine high places.” Habakkuk 3:19

.

Yes, our “high places” are where we must run!

.

SO WHERE ARE “MINE HIGH PLACES”?

.

So where are the “mine high places” in which we are to run? Listen to Scripture…

.

“and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth” Isaiah 58:14.

.

Tie this above verse together with this next verse… “And there shall be upon every high mountain, and upon every high hill, rivers and streams of waters in the day of the great slaughter, when the towers fall.” Isaiah 30:25

.

So again, from this allegorical passage, we see this same theme of escaping to the mountains.

.

But that doesn’t fully answer our question of just where are “mine high places”?

.

WHERE ARE THE MOUNTAINS?

.

Listen again to this encrypted prophecy… “And there shall be upon every high mountain, and upon every high hill, rivers and streams of waters in the day of the great slaughter, when the towers fall.” Isaiah 30:25

.

Praise the Lord! This above verse gives us a clue as to just what are “mine high places”. It tells us that there will be a place of refuge in the day when the towers fall. What towers? The towers of the wicked, both in the world and the worldly churches. Those are the towers which will fall.

.

But what about God’s tower? Will it fall too? No, no!

.

Just listen… “The God of MY ROCK; in Him will I trust: He is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, MY HIGH TOWER… He makes my feet like hinds’ feet: and sets me upon my high places.” 2nd Samuel 22:3, 34.

.

So God is our “Rock” and He is our “High Places”. God is the Mountain we must flee to. He is the spiritual “Mount Zion”. And His faithful redeemed ones “shall be as Mount Zion…forever!” Psalm 125:1

.

FURTHER CONFIRMATION

.

Just listen, as Psalm 125 continues… “As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the LORD is round about His people from henceforth even for ever.” Psalm 125:2.

. 

So, God here, is comparing Himself to the mountains round about His people. And now we’re getting closer and closer to the real meaning behind God’s admonition to “flee to the mountains”.

.

And here’s another passage… “And I will make all My mountains a way, and My highways shall be exalted.” Isaiah 49:11.

. 

So again, God is using mountains to symbolize the place of refuge for His people.

.

Here is just one more verse… “But they that escape of them shall escape, and shall be on the mountains like doves of the valleys, all of them mourning, every one for his iniquity” Ezekiel 7:16.

.

This verse is very prophetic and will have its dramatic fulfillment in these last days, as God’s Elect, who have departed from Babylon, will take refuge in those spiritual mountains, and mourn for our past sins, “like doves of the valleys”.

REVELATION 12 WRITTEN IN HEAVEN

.

“And there appeared a great wonder (or sign) in heaven; a woman…And there appeared another wonder (sign) in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads…And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God…And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.” Rev. 12:1, 3, 6, 15

Here is a sketch of this Fleeing Woman of Revelation 12. This is the Winter Constellations of Signs Of Heaven. Besides Orion and his Horse, we also see pictured in this sketch, the Dragon of Revelation 12.

This Revelation 12 Woman Constellation is fleeing. As you can see, the Dragon Constellation is spewing a flood of water in her direction, as is written… “And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.” Rev. 12:15. This wave of water represents Satan’s lies, and his false teachers who tell those lies.

Robin Hood Christianity

For those of us who grew up on stories like Robin Hood, the carefree renegade life of Robin and his, ‘merry band of marauders’, has held a special place in our hearts!

.

After all, what could hold a greater magical fascination than to live in those “enchanting days”, eating and drinking and laughing and joking while outwitting their foes, and taking from the rich and giving to the poor?

.

What a carefree life they must have lived, above the law of the land, and beyond its long arm!

.

TAKING FROM THE RICH, GIVING TO THE POOR?

And taking from the rich and giving to the poor?

.

Such a noble cause! Right?

.

“No”, you say?

.

Well, you’re correct, of course! Yes, as Christians, we understand that it’s not right to steal, even from the rich! And even if it were legal to do this, it still doesn’t square with the Bible!

.

No, all such acts of humanitarianism should emanate from the love and self-sacrificing generosity of the heart!

.

To feel sorry for the poor is one thing.

.

But to demand others to give their hard-earned money to relieve those poor is quite another thing!

.

That may be the way governments operate, but not Christians!

.

NOT THE BEST READING!

But there’s more to Robin Hood’s Adventures that doesn’t square with the Bible, than robbing the rich!

.

So let’s explore this legend of folklore for a few moments, to get a better perspective on why this man-made myth, called Robin Hood, is not the best thing to put into the minds of children (or adults!)

.

ROBIN HOOD: A CHEAP IMITATION? 

.

After all, Jesus and His disciples living out in the wilds of Israel, while they “gave their all” to help those in need of Salvation, has a very suspicious similarity to Robin and his merry band of thieves!

.

Therefore it can become confusing to many readers.

.

But Jesus and His disciples didn’t rob the rich, in order to gain parity for the downtrodden.

.

No, all giving should be voluntary, and with a cheerful heart!

.

And so, here is the first dis-similarity between these two bands of men.

.

ROBIN HOOD RENEGADES

.

But there are many Christians in today’s world, who somewhat imitate that lovable rogue, Robin Hood!

.

For instance, we might suppose that because our government has many corrupt elements about it, that somehow this justifies us in our own little inequities.

.

Yes, we might rationalize that it’s OK to cheat a little on our income taxes.

.

Or perhaps we decide to NOT purchase the proper permits, when doing a building project…“After all, the government cheats! So why shouldn’t I?”  

.

Here is that “Robin Hood” mentality which says, because the government is corrupt, I therefore don’t have to obey its laws!

.

BEING LAWFUL IN ALL THINGS

.

But listen to Scripture… “And if a man also strive for masteries, yet is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully.” 2nd Timothy 2:5.

Yes, as this biblical saying indicates, there is a right way, and there is a wrong way to strive for Christian victory!

.

But the fact is, an important part of properly representing Christ is to set a good example in all that we say and do!

.

The Bible clearly teaches… “Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord’s sake…that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men:” 1st Peter 2:13-17.

.

So here we have a passage which clearly lays out the responsibility of Christians to obey every ordinance of Mankind, unless any particular law directly conflicts with God’s laws! 

.

A SPIRITUAL REBELLION!

.

We pay our taxes! We get the necessary permits! We buy the required car insurance! We try not to speed nor run red lights, etc…

.

And we are to even speak with respect about some particular governing authority, realizing that he or she is also a candidate for Salvation!

.

Listen to Jesus as He admonished His disciples… “He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much. If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches?” Luke 16:10, 11

.

The Christian is filled with the Spirit which desires to be faithful even in the smallest matters of life!

.

And, at the end of the day, upon self-examination, if I should discover that I have been unfaithful, I can still cry out for God’s mercy and help…

.

“If we confess our sins,

He is faithful and just

to forgive us our sins,

and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” 

1st John 1:9

LOCATING THE ARCHER

.

“He hath bent his bow, and set me as a mark for the arrow. He hath caused the arrows of His quiver to enter into my reins. I was a derision to all my people; and their song all the day.” Lamentations 3:12-14

.

Orion travels through the night skies, starting about late September in the pre-dawn hours. This 1st office which Orion holds, as an Archer, is fairly easy to see. His bow is pointed and bent as if ready to shoot his arrows.

But why astronomers have never noticed this Dragon to his left, is truly a puzzle! It’s so obvious; at least his crocodile mouth is obvious. (Perhaps God is sending the message that Satan (the real Dragon) is so obviously real, and yet so few in this world are ready to recognize him.)

GETTING YOUR FACE SLAPPED!

THE FOLLOWING IS AN EXCERPT FROM THE ARTICLE… “Moon Into Blood Trilogy: 1st Face: The Night Watchman”

You will notice a big bruise on this “Man in the Moon”.

.

His right cheek looks like it has a big bruise on it.

.

That reminds us of the following verse… “But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy RIGHT CHEEK, turn to him the other also.” Matthew 5:39.

.

And just as this verse says “turn to him the other also”, so too, our nocturnal friend likewise is turning his other cheek.

“FAITHFUL ARE THE WOUNDS OF A FRIEND”

Proverbs 27:6

Notice that this “Man in the Moon” is turning his “other cheek” towards us?

.

This faithful Watchman knows that unless he allows God to chasten him often-times, that he too would likely be taken away in sin.

.

And thus, he offers his other cheek to his “Re-provers”… “Let the righteous smite me; it shall be a kindness: and let him reprove me; it shall be an excellent oil, which shall not break my head: for yet my prayer also shall be in their calamities.” Psalm 141:5. (see also Proverbs 27:6 & 9:8 & Ecclesiastes 7:5)

Both good people and bad people alike, God uses to test and chasten this Nocturnal Watchman (symbolizing a watchful Christian), to teach him patience, forgiveness, and love. (See Romans 8:28)

“HE GIVES HIS CHEEK TO HIM THAT SMITES HIM”

Lamentations 3:30, 31

God uses anyone and everyone as “helpers” in the purification process of His Watchmen.

.

And the desire of every watchful Christian, is to become like Jesus.

.

So as this Watchman beholds, in his mind’s eye, his Lord Jesus being mocked ridiculed and his face smitten, the Watchman too, knows he must likewise endure the same treatment from the world… “…they have smitten me upon the cheek reproachfully; they have gathered themselves together against me. God has delivered me to the ungodly, and turned me over into the hands of the wicked… when He (God) has tried me, I shall come forth as gold.” Job 16:10, 11 & 23:10.

God uses tribulation in order to remove the “dross” from Job, and Job will eventually come forth as purified gold… “when He (God) has tried me, I shall come forth as gold.”  Job 23:10

HOW CAN THE MOON SMITE?

.

“The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand. The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.” Psalm 121:5, 6

.

Well, as with all Scripture, there has to be a spiritual understanding. “the words that I (Jesus) speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.” John 6:63.

.

Yes, the entire Bible is the words of Christ. Christ wrote the Bible. Christ is “the Word made flesh”. John 1:14

.

And the entire Bible is the “Spirit of Prophecy” (see Revelation 19:10).

.

And so, this passage from Psalm 121:5, 6, likewise must be understood, both prophetically and spiritually…“The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.”

.

How can this be understood both prophetically and spiritually?

.

SUN = CHRIST

.

Now most Bible students know that the Sun, in Scripture, represents Christ, “the Sun of Righteousness”.

.

And so when God says… “And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of His mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of His coming:” 2nd Thessalonians 2:8, then this begins to make sense of the passage from Psalms 121:5, 6… “The sun shall not smite thee by day”.

.

MOON = CHURCH

.

But again, what about the Moon? Well, if Christ is represented by the Sun, then the obvious conclusion is, the Moon represents the Church, God’s people, as is written… “Who is she that looketh forth as the morning, fair as the moon, clear as the sun, and terrible as an army with banners?” Songs 6:10.

.

Well, who is she, as this verse asks the question? Who is “fair as the Moon?” Obviously, the Church is! And the Church is constantly referred to as “she”, in Scripture. And, of course, God’s people are His army, as this same verse says…“terrible as an army with banners”.

.

But how can the Church smite? Well again, as you read all three parts to this “Moon into Blood Trilogy” (click here to begin reading), you will see just how all this will be accomplished!

“THE WICKED…IN A MOMENT GO DOWN TO THE GRAVE”

.

“Wherefore do the wicked live, become old, yea, are mighty in power? They spend their days in wealth, and in a moment go down to the grave.” Job 21:7, 13

.

Yes, the bruise on the right cheek of this Night Watchman presents an allegory concerning a great Bible concept.

.

The above passage from Job speaks to the fact that quite often, there is a distinctive difference between those whom the Lord will save, and those whom the Lord will not save. In this above passage, Job explains that the wicked seem to enjoy a long, trouble-free life, while those whom God plans to save, often live a troubled life.

.

And listen to the wisdom of Paul… “Paul…taught many…exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through MUCH tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.” Acts 14:19-21 [condensed for brevity & clarity].

.

So, this passage reveals that God’s people must enter into the kingdom of God through much tribulation.

PROPHECY ALSO APPLIES TO CHURCH HISTORICALLY

.

Now this same concept also applies to the Church as well.

.

The Church-Faithful will go through much tribulation, while the Church-Apostate will go down in a moment.

.

Just listen to this very prophetic passage… “And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying, Separate yourselves from among this congregation, that I may consume them in a moment.” Job. 16:20, 21.

.

So, contrary to popular belief, the apostate Church will be taken away in a moment’s time, while the Church-Faithful will suffer much tribulation.

THE WICKED GO DOWN IN A MOMENT

.

Listen again to Revelation 18, as it speaks of the destruction of the harlot Church, Mystery Babylon… “And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her…saying, Alas, alas that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.” Revelation 18:9, 10 (condensed).

.

Again, this passage presents this same concept of the wicked going down in a moment. God does not needlessly torment. And there is no need to torment the lost.

.

Death is their punishment, and so, to further torment would serve no purpose. “Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die.” Ezekiel 18:4.

.

Yes, the soul that sins shall die!

.

Not tortured for all eternity!

.

GOD’S LOVE SEEN IN THE CROSS

.

The love of God is most profoundly understood in the Cross.

.

This wonderful painting shows all the people gazing up at Jesus…wondering just who is this noble and majestic Being hanging there upon the Cross…

“It is of the LORD’S mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is Thy faithfulness…Lamentation 3:23

Jesus Christ manifested His tender and merciful dealings with both friend and foe, while He walked the Earth.

And when they finally put Him upon the Cross, He looked down at them, and in love said, “Father forgive them, for they know not what they do”.

NATURE AND SCRIPTURE ARE IN AGREEMENT

.

As one looks at nature, and at the life of Jesus on Earth, he or she begins to comprehend that “God is love”. 

.

Just look at nature itself! Behold His many creations! Look at the little creatures! See how they lovingly deal with their young, giving just a hint of how our Heavenly Father tenderly deals with His children.

.

Oh yes, God is also stern at times, when dealing with this rebellious planet. God gives life, and God takes life. The lightning and thunder. The fierce storms. And yet these are the results of sin.

.

But are they eternal?

.

No, but the lightning and the storms give way to the rainbow of promise in the morning.

.

WHY DOES GOD ALLOW EVIL AND ITS RESULTS?

Many skeptics like to point the accusing finger at God and cry out, “He’s a tyrant!”, because He allows all this evil in the world, when if He wanted, He could stop it all!

.

As God looks down, He ultimately wishes for this “Planet In Rebellion” to be a lesson-book for all God’s host of Heaven…

.

Listen… “Slay them not, lest My people forget:” Isaiah 59:11.

.

So God allows Mankind to carry out our sins and schemes to their ultimate retribution, so that His people will not forget the folly of sin and rebellion… 

.

“AND YE SHALL REMEMBER ME”

So, God is doing what any loving parent might do if a rebellious child will not repent; God has, for a time, placed us in a world full of selfishness, so that we might see the results of selfishness, and finally realize that God’s way was the best way after all…

Listen… “And they that escape of you shall remember Me among the nations whither they shall be carried captives…and they shall loathe themselves for the evils which they have committed in all their abominations.” Ezekiel 6:9.

.

So, here God tells us what the expected end will be, when at last, we finally learn that sin, pride, and selfishness can never bring true peace and joy.

Many theologians and Bible teachers wonder what or who is this harlot city, Babylon, spoken of in Revelation 18.

IRAQ? DUBAI?

Well, many mistakenly look to the Middle East for the answer.

“Maybe Babylon’s the present-day country of Iraq? Or perhaps the new city of Dubai?”

But what these erring teachers do not understand is that Revelation is a spiritual Book concerning the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

In other words, the entire Bible is the Gospel veiled within allegories, types, shadows and symbols.

Nor do modern-day theologians fully understand that the Bible is its own key to understanding.

And so, to understand Revelation, one must compare scripture with scripture to properly align together and interpret the various truths which are veiled behind those allegories, types, shadows and symbols.

COMPARING SCRIPTURE WITH SCRIPTURE

And so, to understand Revelation 18, and the harlot city, scripture must be compared with scripture, and spiritual things with spiritual, to solve this puzzle.

And this harlot city is easily unveiled by comparing Revelation 18:23 with the Old Testament Book of Jeremiah.

THE BRIDE AND BRIDEGROOM

Listen to Revelation 18:23…“And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee…”

.

Now listen to the Old Testament, from Jeremiah 7:23…“Then will I cause to cease from the cities of Judah, and from the streets of Jerusalem, the voice of mirth, and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom, and the voice of the bride: for the land shall be desolate.”

.

So here are two almost identical prophecies which clearly reveal that this harlot city, Babylon of Revelation 18, is actually the city of Jerusalem!

WHO ARE THE BRIDE AND BRIDEGROOM?

.

Now, one could stop right here, closing their Bible and saying, “This New Testament harlot city is obviously speaking of Jerusalem!”

.

But let’s not forget that the Bible is a spiritual book concerning the Gospel and revelation of Jesus Christ.

.

And so, to properly understand how this bride and bridegroom relates to the Gospel, one must compare scriptures concerning what “…the bridegroom, and…bride” are being spoken of in these verses from Revelation as well as Jeremiah.

THE NEW JERUSALEM

Listen again…“And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.” Revelation 21:2

So here is revealed that the New Jerusalem is spoken of as “a bride adorned for her husband”.

THE HUSBAND IS THE LAMB

And so, the next obvious question is, “Who is the husband?”

Listen once more to Revelation…“And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb’s wife.” Revelation 21:9

.

So here is plainly revealed that the “Lamb of God” is that husband of the New Jerusalem, His bride.

But then, why does Revelation 18 and Jeremiah 7 both say, “And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee…”?

Why does this above verse tell us that the voice of the Lamb and His bride, the Church, shall be silenced?

Well, the answer to this puzzle is revealed in the New Testament Book of Galatians in which Paul reveals that there are two Jerusalems…“Which things (Sarah and Hagar) are an allegory…For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children. But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all.” Galatian 4:24-26

.

So here is revealed the two Jerusalems, one which is now and is still in bondage to sin, and one which is from above and is the mother of all true Believers.

JERUSALEM IN BONDAGE: THE HARLOT CHURCH

And so, the harlot city is actually speaking of the apostate portion of the Church, and the Jerusalem above is the Church-faithful, God’s Elect.

And in the last days, God’s Spirit will be removed from the apostate portion of the Church, which God refers to as spiritual Babylon.

.

And this removal of God’s Spirit is spoken of in the following terms…“And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee…” Revelation 18:23

.

In other words, when the Holy Spirit is taken out of the way from the apostate church-world, no longer are the bride and the bridegroom present.

And what about the candlesticks going out?

Listen, “…and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches.” The light of God’s presence has been removed from out of the churches!

And so, this absenting of Christ and His bride is revealed in Revelation 18:4, in which God calls His people out of this spiritual harlot city, Babylon…“And I heard another voice from Heaven, saying, Come out of her, My people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.”

Yes, God is now calling His children out of Babylon, the apostate church-world in an end-time exodus.

.

And every soul who claims to be a child of God will hear that Voice and respond, by coming out of those apostate congregations.

HIS BRIDE, THE CHURCH-ELECT

But they need not fear!

No, by separating themselves from this desolate city they will still be the spiritual bride of the Bridegroom, Christ!

FROM WHERE & TO WHERE DOES SHE FLEE?

This page is about the Big Dipper, also called the Great Bear constellation (Ursa Major ). However, the ancient pagan cultures did not see this constellation as God intended it to be seen. It is actually a headless woman in childbirth.  This is seen in springtime. It is seen in the northern skies.

But as the seasons progress, this travailing woman flips upside down, now appearing as a woman with upraised arms like eagle wings who is running (eventually flying, as shown in sketch on right) into the wilderness (westward). The single star representing her birth-child (Christ) now becomes her head (“Christ is the head of the church.” Ephesians 5:23

“MOON INTO BLOOD TRILOGY: THE HEARING OF BLOOD

So having said all this, there is an answer to this perplexing question, regarding just how the Moon will be turned into blood, prior to the Great and Terrible Day of the Lord. The message presented in this Moon Into Blood Trilogy is a very fearful concept, to say the least.

You see, God has inscribed a fearful message upon the Moon’s surface: three faces. And these three faces are a picture of God’s people, the Church. And there are so many Biblical nuances connected to these three faces. And these nuances together, present a portrait of just what is in the hearts of God’s people, both good and bad. And every reference to blood in the Bible presents an aspect of truth, which aligns harmoniously with these three faces.

A DEFEATED CHURCH

.

The fact is, today’s teachers rarely ever encourage us to become fully changed into the image of Christ.

.

And to prove this, they will take some passage from Paul’s writings such as this… “For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do. Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.” Romans 7:19, 20.

.

Oh yes, this passage does indeed present the great struggle which goes on in the life of every Believer…

JOHN’S CHRISTLIKE ENCOURAGEMENT

But if we read John’s three epistles, the Christ-like language he used makes it evident that John had so greatly overcome the world that he had become totally transformed into Christ’s image!

What a great encouragement! John had so totally died-to-self, that it was no longer John that lived, but Christ was living His glorious life through John!

.

And the big encouragement here is that if John could attain to this complete transformation, then what’s stopping us from attaining the same victory in our own life?

GOD’S POWER MUCH GREATER!

Listen to this next passage… “Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the Power that worketh in us,” Ephesians 3:20.

Do you see what this verse is saying? We can attain more than we can even imagine in Christ!

.

And as this above passage reveals, God’s Spirit is willing to give us exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, of the righteousness of Christ!

We don’t have to remain in our spiritual leprosy!

We can become totally Christ-like! Just like John obviously did!

Well, but suppose you could put a device on your television that would clean up all the bad language!

Take for instance the following passage… “But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints; Neither

Now just how much of the conversations on TV, are filled with foolish talk and jesting (joking)? Quite a bit!

And ask yourself this question: “Did Jesus engage in foolish talk or jesting (joking), during His ministry on earth?”

Not one little bit, did He?

.

So why would we, who claim to be His followers, enjoy listening to such ungodly and frivolous conversation?

TO WALK EVEN AS JESUS WALKED

After all, isn’t our goal to become Christ-like in every way?

Listen… “He that saith he abideth in Him ought himself also so to walk, even as He walked.” 1st John 2:6.

And couple this verse with this following verse… “And every man that hath this hope in Him purifieth himself, even as He is pure.” 1st John 3:3.

.

And so, with these two verses in mind, just how are we to walk even as He walked, and purify ourselves, even as He is pure, if we are filling our minds with all the giddiness, and common talk that airs on television from sun-up to sundown each and every day?

And just think about it! How are we and our children to ever focus our lives on our Heavenward sojourn, if we allow the television to plant all those “pleasant pictures” into our hearts and minds, concerning all the worldly dreams and earthly pleasures and proud pursuits which the television is constantly promoting?

WARN THE WORLD, BUT DO NOT PARTAKE OF IT!

Listen to God’s warning… “And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. Luke 21:34-36.

.

This above passage warns us to not allow the cares and pleasures of the world to take control of the thoughts of our heart.

.

We are supposed to be warning the world to flee from the wrath to come!

.

But instead, we let our children fill their minds and become overcharged with the cares and pleasures of this present world, by watching the TV!

.

COME OUT FROM AMONG THEM!

.

Well, a lot more could be said concerning these things. But let it suffice to simply offer this last Scripture… “Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean [thing]; and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be My sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.” 2nd Cor. 6:14, 17, 18.

If we had no other passage than this one, this alone makes an eloquent argument in favor of not watching television.

.

After all, don’t we want God to be our Father?

.

And don’t we want God to deal with us as sons and daughters?

.

Well of course we do!

.

“COME OUT OF HER (BABYLON) MY PEOPLE!”

So, as far as possible, we need to separate ourselves from all unnecessary unions with the world.

No we cannot come all the way out of the world.

But we can come a good way out…if we choose to!

1st FACE…THE NIGHT WATCHMAN

.

“MOON IS CONFOUNDED”… The first face, a man’s face, is easy to see. It is that proverbial ‘Man in the Moon’. Most have seen it. Even as little children. (The other two faces are not so easy to see. But let’s concentrate on the first face.) Notice that the ‘Man in the Moon’ appears as though he is looking down at the Earth. ‘Shock and Awe’. That’s the look on his face. Sadness too! You might even see the tears running down his cheeks. (“Rivers of waters run down mine eyes, because they keep not thy law.” Psalm 119:136) The Moon is spoken of as a “faithful witness”. God’s covenanted law is spoken of as a faithful witness as well. Listen to the Psalmist…

.

“It (God’s covenant with David [i.e., Christ]) shall be established for ever as the Moon, and as a faithful witness in heaven. Selah.” Psalm 89:37. Notice here that God is comparing His Covenant to the Moon as a “faithful witness”. The Moon reflects the light of the Sun, just as Christians should reflect the light of the Sun of Righteousness, Jesus, who should be in their daily lives. And so the Moon fulfills the verse from Psalms which proclaims… “Praise ye him, Sun and Moon: praise him, all ye stars of light.” Psalm 148:3

Here in this above passage, the Apostle Paul is writing to the Thessalonians, who were confused about just when the Day of the Lord should take place.

But from this above passage has arisen a general consensus among theologians, that the the “man of sin” and the Antichrist Beast of Revelation 13 are both speaking of the same evil entity: a literal human being, known as “The Antichrist”.

.

After all, 2nd Thessalonians Chapter 2 calls him “that man of sin”!

SCRIPTURE WITH SCRIPTURE

So how much plainer can God be about, “the man of sin”?

.

A man is a man!

.

Correct?

.

The discussion is over!

.

Right?

.

But the problem with this kind of thinking is that, “no prophecy of scripture is of any private interpretation” 2nd Peter 1:20.

.

That’s right! No one scripture stands all alone!

.

Every scripture must be compared with every other related scripture on any particular topic, in order to rightly be understood.

SO WHO IS THAT MAN?

.

So in order to find out just who this “man” is, who takes his seat in the temple of God, let’s look at Isaiah… “How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God…They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, ‘Is this THE MAN that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms; That made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners?'” Isaiah 14:12-17

And so, this above passage from Isaiah 14, defines Lucifer as a “man”.

ISAIAH 14 & 2nd THESSALONIANS 2:3 ARE PARALLEL

.

Yes, yes, this above passage from Isaiah 14, defines Lucifer as a “man”.

.

But it also defines Lucifer’s great ambition… “I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.”

.

Thus, this above passage also parallels 2nd Thessalonians Ch. 2… “and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.” 

.

Therefore, these two passages say almost exactly the same thing:

.

1. To sit upon the mount of the congregation is the equivalent to sitting in the temple of God (“Know ye not that ye are the temple of God…?” 1st Corinthians 3:16. The Bible repeatedly reveals that God’s Church (Congregation) is His temple. 

.

2. Isaiah refers to Lucifer as, “the man”, and 2nd Thessalonians. speaks of, “that man of sin”.

.

3. And both passages reveal that this “man’s” ambition is to, “be like the most High”, and “showing himself that he is God”.

.

Then, before we jump to conclusions about Bible prophecy, we really need to do our homework.

.

Let’s just allow the Bible to define what it means concerning 2nd Thessalonians, Ch. 2:3.

“Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders…”

2nd Thessalonians 2:9

This above verse from 2nd Thessalonians 2:9 does seem to speak of another individual, “whose coming is after the working of Satan, with all power, signs and lying wonders”. 

.

This is probably speaking of the Antichrist  Beast of Revelation 13, specifically the miracle-working False Prophet.

.

But as already exposed in many other articles, this False Prophet Beast is comprised of individual antichrists, false brethren indwelt by the “Prince of the Power of the Air”, as they infiltrate the church-world, the “true Temple of of the Lord” (Remember that Daniel, Chapter 7 reveals beasts as representing kingdoms, and 1st John 2:18 reveals there are even now many antichrists, and 1st Corinthians 3:16 reveals that God’s true worshipers are “ye are the temple of the Lord”)

And so, the bottom line to this discussion is that we need to keep in the Word, to gain a fuller understanding of these things!

LOCATING THE DRAGON

REVELATION 12 DRAGON IS NOT DRACO!

.

First, let it be stated, that this Dragon Constellation is not the same constellation commonly referred to as “Draco” (photo to right is Draco, AKA Ursa Minor).

.

This Revelation 12 Dragon from Signs Of Heaven, has not been previously recognized. But you will discover that it is a very intricate and complex constellation, once you are comfortable locating it.

The Revelation 12 Dragon Constellation can be located by finding Orion in winter months. The Dragon is to Orion’s left, and the Dragon’s mouth is right next to Orion’s shield. This Dragon’s mouth is the V-like constellation The Hyades Cluster, which is also known as the head of Taurus the Bull. The Dragon’s tail-tip is Pleiades and the lower shaft of his tail is partly of Aries and Pisces. Then with aid of a dark and starry night, you may begin to connect the mouth and the tail with a very long body in an oval shape. The front and back legs are made of a few stars: the front legs partially of stars from Taurus . The back legs and rear fin are made of 6 stars from the Cetus Constellation.

BODY HARD TO SEE

.

The long oval-shaped body has relatively few stars, but can been seen, howbeit with a dark, starry night. The four stars of the front fins are made partially of Taurus .

FIRST APPEARS IN MID-SUMMER

.

This Dragon constellation appears in the eastern horizon about mid-summer in the pre-dawn hours, spewing his flood-waters northward toward the Revelation 12 Woman in Travail (not pictured in this chart).

The Wave of Water is primarily composed of the Constellation Auriga. There are two dimmer stars (#’s 1 & 2) which are closest to the Dragon’s mouth. These two dimmer stars are also part of this Wave of Water.
