“And he (the mighty angel) cried mightily with a strong voice,

saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen,

and is become the habitation of devils,

and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.”

The 18th Chapter of Revelation speaks of a mystery harlot city called Babylon. And all through this chapter are clues as to just what or who is this mystery harlot.

.

For instance, in the 2nd verse it says…

“And he (the angel) cried mightily with a strong voice,

saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen,

and is become the habitation of devils,

and the hold of every foul spirit,

and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.”

Revelation 18:2

Now here it says that this mystery harlot city is, “a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.”

So, what in the world could this be speaking of? “A cage of every unclean and hateful bird!?!”

FALSE TEACHERS

Well, actually, this is one of the more easily deciphered clues as to just what or who this mystery harlot city is speaking of.

.

If we simply follow the biblical rule of interpretation, comparing spiritual things with spiritual, and line upon line, we find a verse in Jeremiah that explains what this cage is really all about…

“For among My people are found wicked men:

they lay wait, as he that setteth snares;

they set a trap, they catch men.

AS A CAGE FULL OF BIRDS,

so are their houses full of deceit:”

Jeremiah 5:26-28

.

Here is a prophecy regarding wicked men among God’s apostate people of Jerusalem. But even in today’s churches, there are those who are special deceivers of Satan, who are, “crept in unawares”; who lay snares for God’s professed people!

“CREPT IN UNAWARES”

.

“For there are certain men crept in unawares,

who were before of old ordained to this condemnation,

ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness,

and denying the only Lord God,

and our Lord Jesus Christ.”

Jude 1:4

Here in this above verse from Jude 1:4, is again speaking of this same apostasy!

Now is there any further confirmation to this idea?

.

Oh yes!

.

Listen…“But there were false prophets also among the people,

even as there shall be false teachers among you,

who privily shall bring in damnable heresies,

denying the Lord.”

2nd Peter 2:1

.

Here is a New Testament verse which confirms that a cage for every unclean and hateful bird, i.e., false teachers, also applies to the New Testament Church.

TOTAL APOSTASY

Now, there are those who will object, saying, “Oh, there may be some apostate churches. But not my church! We are still faithful!”

.

But Paul foretells of the day in which the apostasy will come into its fulness…

“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine;

but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers,

having itching ears;”

2nd timothy 4:3

.

Yes, today we see the prosperity-driven gospels thriving in both the liberal as well as the conservative churches.

.

“WE’RE NOT APOSTATE!”

.

And yet, many Christians are skeptical against the idea that the day has truly come, in which the itching ears gospels have taken over the church-world. Oh, they are aware that “those liberal churches over there” have become apostate.

.

But they just cannot believe that “My little conservative church here has also fallen from grace!?! NO!”

.

And yet, even those little congregations who may have been faithful to some degree, must realize that God’s Holy Spirit has been removed from the midst (see 2nd Thessalonians, Chapter 2:1, 2). Therefore, the wheat must be separated from its housing. They must come out and take their stand with God’s faithful remnant people!

But there has taken place a metamorphosis of the churches, which has been very subtle, and yet, very complete!

HAVE WE BECOME A FAMILY SOCIAL CLUB?

.

You see, there has existed a very fine line between remaining a church of faithful saints, who love the Bible, as opposed to a church which has merely become a social/fraternal organization which caters to the social wants and needs of its parishioners.

.

And yet, there still exists a thin veneer of religiosity in today’s churches.

.

Yes, today’s churches still provide a thin, watery and very anemic version of Christianity, for the most part, but have added a strong social structure designed to become a community-minded social environment for the families within.

.

And so, no longer does there exist the great purpose of saints: THE ALL-CONSUMING DESIRE TO OVERCOME, THE WORLD, THE FLESH, AND THE GOD OF THIS WORLD, THE DEVIL.

.

But rather, the great purpose of the today’s churches is to provide the necessary elements to keep the parishioners one big happy family with nice relationships, between friendly and moral people!

PROVIDING A SOCIAL GOSPEL

.

And so, church has now devolved into a watered-down religious organization, which also provides ear-tickling fashionable quasi-religious music, prophecy-seminars, interesting and charismatic and humorous speakers preaching prosperity-driven sermons and the pushing of social-justice causes!

.

And all this is followed by weekly rounds of social events, including: weddings, funerals, baby showers, birthdays, graduations, sports teams and teen gym-nights, games, parties, car-washes (and other fundraisers), dramas, comedies, music-fests, holiday celebrations, potlucks, picnics, summer camps, boating/rafting, trips to the beach, and other similar family-oriented events!

‘FORSAKING ALL’ NO LONGER EXISTS!

.

And so, all such churches provide so much social fun and fulfillment for families and friends, that there remains little room for, “the offense of the Cross”. (Galatians 5:11)

.

Oh yes, there remains a, “form of godliness”, in today’s churches. (see 2nd Timothy 3:5).

.

But, “forsaking all to follow Jesus”, is no longer wanted, nor is it even tolerated! (Luke 14:33).

.

And as a result, the sermons must now cater to the demands of all the itching-ears in weekly attendance. Certainly nothing that will offend these world-loving families who are more interested in remaining merely a religious/social/fraternal organization, rather than preaching “dying-to-self with Christ”!

“SPEAK TO US SMOOTH THINGS”

Oh yes, they say, “Give us the Bible!

But please just skip over all those, ‘hard sayings and troubling verses!’

We don’t want to hear those!

‘Speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits!”

(see Isaiah 30:10)

.

Such was the spiritual apostasy back in Isaiah’s day, and is still the case today!

NO MORE CRUCIFIXION WITH CHRIST

But listen to the Apostle, Paul…

“I am crucified with Christ:

nevertheless I live; yet not I,

but Christ liveth in me:

and the life which I now live in the flesh

I live by the faith of the Son of God,

who loved me, and gave Himself for me.”

Galatians 2:20

.

Now this kind of crucifixion which Paul experienced is just not happening in today’s church-world!

.

There is simply no room for those like Paul, who are crucified with Christ!

.

All such are shunned and accused of being “fanatics”!

.

“NO CHANGES!”

.

But rather, the following verse is more applicable to those in today’s churches…“Because they have no changes, therefore they fear not God.” Psalm 55:19

.

No, there is very little fear and trembling before God in today’s churches. And there certainly is, “no changes” (transformation) like that which Paul spoke of in Galatians 2:20.

.

Most all parishioners today are merely content to attempt a one-day-per-week worship of God, followed by a return to seeking after the things of earth for the next six days! (Oh yes, there may be some occasional, “good works”, often thrown into this mix merely to flatter and deceive us into the notion that we are truly heaven-ward bound!)

GRIM CONDITION TODAY!

This, O Pilgrim, is more or less the situation in today’s churches.

.

It is the hour of which Paul prophesied…

“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine;

but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers,

having itching ears;”

2nd Timothy 4:3

.

HOPE ONLY IN ONE DIRECTION

And so, God has graciously provided a way of escape from this very subtle, yet totalitarian situation in the church-world.

But there only exists hope in one direction!

.

And that one direction is summed up by the following cry from One on High…

“And I heard another voice from Heaven,

saying, ‘Come out of her, My people,

that ye be not partakers of her sins,

and that ye receive not of her plagues.'”

Revelation 18:4

Yes, the time has fully come that God is now calling His people to, “Come out of her, My people!”

God has a people in Babylon. Yes, Mystery Babylon is the Mother of Harlots. The sketch to the left shows her riding this beast with 7 heads and 10 horns.

But in that spiritual city, there are those who still love God to a certain degree.

.

And before the final plagues are poured out upon her, God has been and will continue to call His people out of her…

“And I heard another voice from heaven,

saying, Come out of her (Babylon), My people,

that ye be not partakers of her sins,

and that ye receive not of her plagues.”

Revelation 18:4

.

And so in addition to The Pleiades appearing as the Harlot Mother, we also see this second depiction of The Pleiades as an angel, which symbolizes God’s people, walking the downward pathway to destruction. They must be called out of Babylon before it’s too late!

Well, there are many persons who realize that they have not achieved peace, contentment, nor happiness.

And so, we make some ambitious plan, hoping it will bring us happiness, “somewhere down the line”.

Yes, we live in a world that is, well, it’s less than it should be.

In other words, there are a whole lot of people out there, who are striving for happiness in this world, but not finding it!

And we attempt to achieve happiness by striving and struggling to find that allusive quality of life: happiness.

.

And what about peace of mind? No, that too is just as allusive as the other!

“ALL IS VANITY & VEXATION”

.

Listen to the wisest of all mortals, Solomon…

“I have seen all the works that are done under the sun;

and, behold, all is vanity and vexation of spirit.

That which is crooked cannot be made straight:

and that which is wanting (lacking) cannot be numbered (completed).”

Ecclesiastes 1:14, 15

.

Here, Solomon discovers that all the works of this world only bring meaninglessness, and vexation of spirit. It’s all futility and anxiety!

GOD IS MERCIFUL

Oh yes, God’s rain falls upon the just and the unjust. He allows people times of enjoyment, and times of rest.

But the Wise Man once again pegged it correctly, when he said…

“Even in laughter the heart is sorrowful;

and the end of that mirth is heaviness.”

Ecclesiastes 4:13

.

Yes, deep inside the human heart exists sorrow, turmoil, fear, uncertainty, and despair. And so, even in laughter, these sorrowful traits still remain deep within!

“NO REST UNTO THE WICKED”

Isaiah 57:21

.

Yes, deep down, the people of the world have no, “rest unto your souls”, as Jesus offers to us in Matthew 11:28.

.

And also, Revelation 14 puts it this way… “And they have no Rest, day nor night, who worship the Beast and his image…”

.

Each and every man, woman, and child either worships God, or they worship, “the god of this world” (2nd Corinthians 4:4). It’s one or the other. No neutral ground.

.

Truth-be-told, worshiping the beast and his image is really all about which ruler I now serve: “The God of Heaven”, or, “the god of this world”! (See 2nd Corinthians 4:4)

.

But serving “the god of this world”, Lucifer, brings a life of unrest and vexation of spirit! Oh yes, this master-deceiver might allow us a season of pleasures and peace. And as always, before long, our troubles will return.

“IF ONLY…”

In this very short life, humanity strives to achieve some sort of earthly bliss, saying such things as, “If only I could purchase that quaint little cottage by that peaceful stream!”

“If only I could get that job promotion!”

.

“If only I could build up a big fat pile of money!”

.

“If only I could find that ‘dream-girl’ to marry!”

.

“If only I could lose weight, or, if only I could change my appearance, or, if only I could change my gender…or, If only, If only, If only…”

.

These are just a few of the many, “5-year plans”, which people promise to themselves, in attempt to find joy, contentment, and peace!

“BEHOLD! ALL IS VANITY!”

.

But the words of the Wise Man keep coming back around…“behold, all is vanity and vexation of spirit.” Ecclesiastes 1:14

.

These above words of wisdom are especially meant for the ones that God has His hands on.

Yes, prior to our Salvation, God often allows us to strive and struggle by our own strength and wisdom.

.

And so our life often seems like a car stuck in the mud or snow. We keep spinning our wheels! But we never seem to get out of the deep rut that we’re stuck in!

“COME UNTO ME…AND I WILL GIVE YOU REST!”

But after a lifetime of vain struggling, when the day arrives in which we finally give up trying to achieve happiness by our own strength…we then turn to the Lord…

And Jesus says…“Come unto Me,

all ye that labour and are heavy laden,

and I will give you Rest.”

Matthew 11:28

.

Here is the loving Savior, offering us a Rest, which the world can never achieve without Him.

And as this above passage continues, Jesus says…

“Take My yoke upon you, and learn of Me;

for I am meek and lowly in heart:

and ye shall find rest unto your souls.”

THE UPWARD PATHWAY OF PEACE & JOY!

Yes, Jesus says…

“Take My yoke upon you, and learn of Me; 

for I am meek and lowly in heart:

and ye shall find rest unto your souls.”

Matthew 11:29

Oh, Jesus only wishes for us to sit down and begin reading (and/or listening) and learning about Him and taking His easy yoke of service upon us.

.

And by so-doing, we will ultimately find that joy, peace, and contentment which we have so greatly desired, yet could never achieve by our own strength!

.

But to learn of Him! That, my friend, is the upward pathway to peace and joy, now and forevermore!

Yes, those who have put on the yoke of Christ will discover that, no longer do we live in hope for “someday”!

And those who follow Jesus live for today!

Oh yes, we may plan for the future.

But our joy and peace are for today, not for somewhere down the line!

We’ll no longer have to say to ourselves…“And then I’ll be happy!”

FLOWER OF THE FIELD CONSTELLATION

.

This is perhaps one of the most amazing constellations that God has created!

It truly looks like a flower, and appears to be blowing in the direction of westward.

But as autumn draws near, this constellation appears to bow itself down, just like the flowers of Earth bow down, at the summer’s end.

 .

And these are not merely obscure stars.

These are among the biggest and brightest stars in the night heavens!

.

The Two Turtle-Doves Constellation is also known as Sagittarius .

.

The Flower of the Field is commonly known as Scorpio .

.

But there is another obvious aspect to this constellation group.

Notice that the birds are flying in the same direction as the flower is bending; it is as if the east wind is blowing these heavenly messengers…

.

“The wind blows where it desires,

and you hear the sound thereof,

but canst not tell whence it comes, and where it goes:

so is every one that is born of the Spirit. 

John 3:8.

So here is another incredible Bible concept, written in the heavens! And God has spoken of these signs! Listen… “For ever, O LORD, Thy Word is settled in heaven.” Psalm 119:89

FLOWER CONSTELLATION BOWS DOWN…

It has become apparent, on this date, that as summer draws to a close, this “Flower of the Field Constellation” appears to bend almost completely down. This occurs as it travels into the western skies. It somehow rotates in order to produce this effect. This is a very wonderful phenomenon…and biblical too! After all, the Bible says “the grass withers and the flower falls away”. And that’s exactly what this flower constellation seems to do.

.

It almost seems to be bowing itself…in the direction of that bright and beautiful star, “Arcturus” (which represents Jesus). This would make sense. After all, Scripture states…

.

“…unto Me (the Lord), every knee shall bow,

every tongue shall swear… 

Bel bows down, Nebo stoops… 

They stoop, they bow down together… 

Listen to Me… all you remnant of the house of Israel (God’s people)…

which are carried from the womb: 

And even to your old age I am he…

even I will carry, and will deliver you.”

By a simple reading of the New Testament it is soon discovered that Jesus Christ, the very Author of Life, mostly spoke in parables!

For instance, John Bunyan, the author of “Pilgrim’s Progress” and “Grace Abounding To The Chief of Sinners”, observed that both “clean” and “unclean” animals declared the glory of God by means of their distinct characteristics.

And so, he once observed that some clean animals, such as chickens and doves bob their heads forward when they walk, as a means of propelling themselves in a straight-forward direction.

And then Bunyan compared this to the Holy Spirit who propels Christians in a straightforward direction towards Heaven…“Let thine eyes look right on, and let thine eyelids look straight before thee.” Proverbs 4:25

PORK SYMBOLIZES

And Bunyan also observed that swine have split hoofs, symbolizing the parting ways from this world of sin. And yet, that swine will continue to eat just about any and every piece of trash it possibly can!

And so (according to Bunyan), this seemed to symbolize those in the Church who claim to be circumcised-in-heart, and yet continue to consume all the filthiness and pollutions of this, the Devil’s world!

.

Yes, Bunyan observed that many self-professed Christians have the ability to, “drink down sin like water”. Thus, Bunyan compared these hypocritical false brethren to swine! They profess to love God, but their licentiousness only proves that their real love is for this, Lucifer’s sinful and selfish antichrist world-system!

UNCLEAN ANIMALS SYMBOLIZE THE UNSAVED OF THE WORLD

In Acts, Chapter 11, the Apostle, Peter, was shown a vision of unclean animals and the Lord commanded him to eat.   

.

But when Peter objected saying, “Nay, Lord, I have never eaten that which is common or unclean”, the Lord said, “Do not call that which I have cleansed, ‘unclean’.” And Peter finally realized that unclean animals symbolized the heathen of the world, who needed to hear the Gospel of Salvation!

.

And thus, it is today! We need to take the Gospel to the unsaved world. 

.

In THAT sense, we are commanded to eat unclean animals.

SHARE THE GOSPEL

And so, even though we are not to be “unequally yoked together with unbelievers” in the sense of personal relationships, we are commanded to share the Gospel with the unsaved of the world.

And so, please DO eat your pork in the spiritual sense, as God commanded Peter, by lovingly sharing the Gospel with the starving souls in this sad and hopeless and spiritually unclean world!

Yes, God’s very own people were dissatisfied with God’s Word because of its often-harsh sayings. They wanted to be fooled. They only wanted a smoothly varnished, non-judgmental gospel, which allowed them to still pursue the selfish pleasures, riches, and proud ambitious attainments of this life!

Almost every household around this world witnesses sorrow and suffering and tragedy in the lives of friends, neighbors, and relatives. The daily news is so absolutely tragic and sad, that it’s a wonder that so many people act so cheerful and upbeat on a daily basis.

7 HEADS, 10 HORNS, & 7 CROWNS OF THE DRAGON

“And there appeared another wonder in heaven;

and behold a great red dragon,

having seven heads and ten horns,

and seven crowns upon his heads.”

Revelation 12:3

In Revelation, the Dragon of Revelation 12 is described as having seven heads, ten horns, and seven crowns.

.

However, the Dragon Constellation up in the night sky does not.

.

But God has faithfully created the wave of water, in such a way, as to illustrate this same concept of the seven heads, ten horns, and seven crowns.

Because this wave of water is basically composed of ten stars.

.

The main body of the wave has seven stars (#‘s, 1 thru 7).

.

And the tip of the crest of the wave has the other three stars (#’s, 8, 9 & 10).

.

So we have this 7 and 10 numbering.

And this gives us a great clue, as to where in the Bible we should look, to find out the riddle as to just what or who do these 7 heads, 10 crowns, and 7 horns represent.

Because, the Bible speaks very much about floods and waters as being associated with Satan (the Dragon).

Now any biblical discussion about the music of this world and even in the Church would not be complete without at least a mention of Lucifer and his musicianship.

So, the first biblical mention of Lucifer’s musical abilities is found in Isaiah. Listen…

.

“Thy pomp is brought down to the grave, and the noise of thy viols…How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning!” Isaiah 14:11, 12.

.

So, in these above words of Isaiah, it is mentioned here that Lucifer had music abilities, where it says… “THE NOISE OF THY VIOLS…O Lucifer, son of the morning!”

.

Here it is revealed that Lucifer was somehow intimately connected with viols. These viols would, no doubt, be stringed instruments.

WIND & PERCUSSION INSTRUMENTS

Now many theologians also attribute this following passage to Lucifer as well… “the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created…” Ezekiel 28:13 [condensed].

So, if both these passages apply to Lucifer, then it is a dramatic testimony to Lucifer’s musical abilities. Tabrets are percussion instruments. Pipes would be wind instruments or organ pipes. Viols of course, would be stringed instruments.

.

Well, you could probably say that Lucifer was a veritable, “One-Man-Orchestra/Choir”!

LUCIFER’S EARTHLY OFFICE

Now it could be conjectured about Lucifer’s position in Heaven, or perhaps about him being the chief choir director in Heaven.

But we do know that Lucifer was cast out of Heaven and now is known as, “the god of this world” (see 2nd Corinthians 4:4).

.

And we also know that he is called, “the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:” Ephesians 2:2

.

And given these three facts (his in-built musical instruments, his being, “god of this world”, and his being, “the spirit that now works in the children of disobedience”), then it is not too difficult to deduce that this fallen angel “prince”, who works invisibly through “the power of the air”, continues his musical abilities right here in this fallen world, Planet Earth!

SATAN WORKED THROUGH WILLING HUMANS

In the mid-Twentieth Century, there were certain people whom Satan, “The Prince of the Power of the Air”, used to bring Christian music into the current fashions of that day. 

.

These certain men (and women) were musically gifted, and already somewhat successful in the secular music world.

.

And because they had no difficulty crossing back-and-forth between the secular music world and the religious music world, they had absolutely no problem mingling the two worlds together!

.

And so, it became their express purpose to blend Christian lyrics with jazz, as well as other worldly genres.

A BATTLE BEGAN

.

Now heretofore, the music in the Church was still mostly sacred. And this new music was not at first, totally accepted. But these “new” musicians were totally dedicated to bringing Christian music “up-to-date”

.

And so, the battle began, with those who were regarded as “out-of-date reactionaries” becoming quickly pushed out-of-the-way, to make way for this new hybrid music to gain its foothold in the church-world.

.

Well, as a result of this push to compromise Christian music, much or perhaps most of today’s music is now a blend of quasi-Christian lyrics and worldly music.

HOLLYWOOD: FINAL NAIL IN THE COFFIN

Now of course, since that time, Hollywood had also jumped into the fray!

.

Yes, the movie industry has now churned out a number of movies which further promoted the idea that churches should throw off their traditional sacredness and reverence!

.

And these movies all happily conclude with those formerly “fuddy-duddy” old churches finally “seeing the light”, getting themselves an up-to-date “make-over” by incorporating the high-energy, worldly music into their worship services.

A TOTAL APOSTASY

.

Now those churches which embraced this new hybrid “Christian” music, have supposedly become “relevant”.

.

And together with the current wave of prosperity-driven gospels, are filling up great auditoriums with multitudes of new parishioners.

.

And these new parishioners thrive in this up-to-date Christian culture, since it gives Christianity a worldly, entertaining appeal.

.

ITCHING EARS FORETOLD

.

But this new development has not taken the Lord by surprise. No, the Lord wrote, through the Apostle, Paul…

“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine;

but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers,

having itching ears;

And they shall turn away their ears from the truth,

and shall be turned unto fables.”

2nd Timothy 4:3, 4

.

Yes, this above passage foretells of a total apostasy in the church-world in these last days.

.

And this is the current state of the church-world: a prosperity-driven gospel, and fashionable and entertaining worship services which have filled today’s churches with unconverted parishioners.

.

KEEPING CHRISTIANITY PURE

.

But the Bible repeatedly warns against compromising the purity of the Gospel with the pollutions and commonness of the world…

.

Listen to God’s warning to the prophet, Jeremiah…

“Therefore thus saith the LORD, If thou return,

then will I bring thee again,

and thou shalt stand before Me:

and if thou take forth the precious from the vile,

thou shalt be as My mouth:

let them return unto thee;

but return not thou unto them.”

Jeremiah 15:19

.

Jeremiah is counselled here to not return to the compromised ways of the apostate religion of that day. No, instead, God counselled Jeremiah to remove the various compromises which had crept in unawares into his own life. And then, if anyone wanted to come out of that current-day apostasy, they could then return to Jeremiah. But God warned Jeremiah against returning back to their compromised religion.

TODAY’S APOSTATE CHURCH-WORLD

And so today, the Book of Jeremiah, and other similar Bible accounts, are all finding their fulfillment in the current-day church-world.

Yes, Satan has successfully bridged the gap between the secular world and the Christian world, via this new, hybrid “Christian” music.

.

And the churches are filled with parishioners who vainly attempt to straddle between Heaven and Hell. But such a compromised life can never gain God’s approval, but instead, has resulted in God’s Spirit being “taken from the midst” of this apostasy. 2nd Thessalonians 2:7

.

And this is the sad condition of today’s church-world.  

.

GOOD NEWS?

Well, if there is any Good News in this very tragic report, it is that God is now calling His people out of this apostasy…

“And I heard another voice from heaven,

saying, Come out of her (Harlot Babylon), My people,

that ye be not partakers of her sins,

and that ye receive not of her plagues.”

Revelation 18:4

.

Yes, God is calling out any of those who still have an ear to hear, to begin their exodus out of the current apostasy which has made a total shambles of the church-world.

Nevertheless, those who respond to God’s final call will be delighted to find a veritable spiritual feast awaiting them in the heavenly hill-country surrounding spiritual Judea (the church-world)

Listen…“And there shall be upon every high mountain,

and upon every high hill,

rivers and streams of waters

in the day of the great slaughter,

when the towers fall.”

Isaiah 30:25

Yes, God has provided abundant living waters in the spiritual strongholds to which we must flee. And our living bread shall be given us, just as surely as physical bread was provided Elijah back in the days when he fled to the wilderness to escape the wrath of Queen Jezebel.

REVELATION 12 WRITTEN IN HEAVEN

“And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman…

And there appeared another wonder in heaven;

And the woman fled into the wilderness,

where she hath a place prepared of God…

This wave of water represents Satan’s lies, and his false teachers who tell those lies.

The opening verse in this article, is a passage which is found in three of the gospels: Matthew, Mark, and Luke.

spoken of by Daniel the prophet,

(let him that readeth understand,)

then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains:”

Whether we like it or not, the plain truth is that this world is Satan’s prison-house of sin and selfishness!

.

Yes, Planet Earth is a type of prison island in which God has allowed the Devil to keep humanity under lock and key, so to speak.

.

You could say that we’re being held captive on this cosmic Devil’s Island!

.

Oh yes, God is very merciful, and has allowed us many pleasant things to enjoy.

.

But make no mistake! This world is Satan’s prison-house of sin and selfishness: a ‘holding place’ where the rebels against Heaven must remain for a time.

.

WHAT’S KEEPING US IN BONDAGE?

.

So just what keeps us from making a jail-break? What is it that holds us captive here?

.

One very important passage which explains our hopeless condition is found in 2nd Corinthians 4:3, 4…

“But if our Gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:

In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not,

lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ,

who is the image of God, should shine unto them.”

.

Here above, we are informed that Satan, “the god of this world” has blinded our minds to the degree that we cannot see the wonderful and glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ who was born into this world, to set us free!

A WORLD FILLED WITH EARTHLY PLEASURES & LUSTS

.

Now, one way that Satan has kept us under lock-and-key, was to create a world in which we have become the helpless slaves of sin and selfishness.

.

And rather than turn to Heaven’s government of selfless brotherly love, we instead have become mired in the selfish wares and ways of this sin-cursed world!

.

And Satan, whom Ephesians 2:2, 3 refers to as “the prince of the power of the air”, is an indwelling antichrist spirit, who fills our hearts with, “the desires of the flesh, and of the mind”, so that we take great pleasure in sin and selfishness! 

.

And so, we have a world in which we are held captive at Satan’s will.

FALSE IDEOLOGIES

.

Now there are many people who are held captive by some false ideology. Yes, this world is filled with counterfeit ideologies and philosophies, which have a great entrancing power over the minds of the human family!

.

One such captivating ideology is atheism: the notion that God doesn’t really exist! This ideology offers no hope for humanity, since it holds people helplessly captive to the notion that there is no God nor any Savior to deliver them from their ultimate “date with death”!

.

And so, these poor, dear deluded souls live out their lives in fear, believing that the grave is their ultimate inevitable destiny.

PSYCHIATRY

.

Another very powerful ideology is the so-called science of psychiatry.

.

And here again, this false ideology holds many humans captive to the idea that they have some horrible mental defect that keeps them in bondage to fear, confusion, anxiety, and an inability to live in peace and contentment.

.

KING SAUL

.

Now in the Bible, God has given a number of true, historical accounts in which various persons were plagued by several varieties of so-called mental conditions.

.

King Saul was perhaps the most notable example of so-called “mental illness”. His condition was very similar to the modern-day “mental illness” known as “manic-depression”, or “bi-polar illness”. Yes, King Saul often suffered from giant mood-swings, akin to what we so often see in today’s world under the guise of these aforementioned conditions…

.

But listen to Scripture as it describes Saul’s true condition… “But the spirit of the LORD departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the LORD troubled him.” 1st Samuel 16:14

.

As this above verse reveals, the true cause of Saul’s so-called “mental illness” was that an “evil spirit troubled him”! Nothing more! Nothing less! An evil spirit was the sole-cause of Saul’s troubled and tormented condition!

VARIOUS SO-CALLED ‘MENTAL ILLNESSES’

.

But there are various other accounts of evil spirits who caused conditions similar to what we see today: a man who was possessed by a legion of evil spirits which might remind us of “Multiple Personality Disorder” (see Mark, Chapter 5).

.

Or King Nebuchadnezzar being given the heart of a beast of the field for 7 years is now called, “Clinical Lycanthropy” (see Daniel 4:32, 33).

.

A young boy who was constantly falling into the fire or into the water, and exhibiting behavior similar to those with so-called, “Epilepsy” (see Matthew 17:14-21). As a matter of fact, many different versions of the Bible actually translate the Greek into the name, “Epilepsy”.

.

A man with a “dumb (non-communicating) spirit”, unable to speak (see Matthew 9:32, 33), reminding us of so-called, “Autism”, which often manifests itself in the inability to speak. 

.

All these conditions were clearly the result of Satanic activity. But when the evil spirits finally departed, the afflicted person was totally cured.

.

Yes, Satan has created this false science of psychiatry as a means of holding many souls in spiritual bondage, believing that they are hopelessly suffering from a so-called “mental illness” when the truth is, they are merely being harassed by evil spirits.

THE TRUTH SHALL MAKE YOU FREE!

John 8:32

But the Good News is, that these conditions can be totally overcome by the power of Christ.

.

And through the indwelling of God’s Spirit, we can claim the Bible promise…“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” 2nd Timothy 1:7

.

Whether it is the, “power…love, and…sound mind” spoken of here in 2nd Timothy, or the, “perfect peace”, spoken of in Isaiah 26:3, the result is the same!

.

It is exactly as Paul spoke of in Philippians 4:7…“And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”

.

While it’s very true that certain people have physical brain defects.

.

But the fact is, those who have so-called mental illnesses are said to have a “chemical imbalance”. 

.

But the Good News is, that there is no so-called, “mental illness”, which can survive in a mind controlled by the Holy Spirit, but is replaced by, “love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, meekness, and self-control!” Galatians 5:23

.

THE UPWARD PATHWAY

.

Now this website never encourages anyone to rashly throw away their medicine, of any type. It is not a denial of faith to take medicine.

.

No, it is only by continuing in the upward path of wisdom and knowledge of God’s Word that such perfect peace can be achieved. It is by a mature understanding of God’s Word that will eventually cast away the powers of darkness! It is the Christlike metamorphosis which occurs within, when we continually behold Jesus, through His life-giving words!

.

And like any other bondage to sin, whether it be uncontrollable fits of anger, or even the lust for the sin of Sodom, it is only through the indwelling Power of God’s Word via His Spirit, that truly sets a man, woman, or child free from Satan’s prison-house of sin!

PERFECT PEACE

.

So the bottom line to all that has been said is just this: Jesus is offering us perfect peace and tranquility in a world filled with turmoil, unhappiness, discontent, and utter hopelessness.

.

And God is willing to take away the evil spirits that torment the unsuspecting people around the world, in one way or another.

.

And what could be better than to have perfect peace and total tranquility?

.

Oh yes, one will have to work hard to achieve this kind of peace (even though it is a gift of grace).

.

Listen to Paul’s encouragement… “Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.” Hebrews 4:11

.

Yes, as Paul reveals here, God causes us to labor for that perfect peace and contentment!

.

And it will all be well worth the effort!

First, let it be stated, that this Dragon Constellation is not the same constellation commonly referred to as “Draco” (photo to right is Draco).

This Revelation 12 Dragon from Signs Of Heaven, has not been previously recognized. But you will discover that it is a very intricate and complex constellation, once you are comfortable locating it (picture below, right).

The Revelation 12 Dragon Constellation can be located by finding Orion in winter months. The Dragon is to Orion’s left, and the Dragon’s mouth is right next to Orion’s shield. This Dragon’s mouth is the V-like constellation The Hyades Cluster, which is also known as the head of Taurus the Bull. The Dragon’s tail-tip is Pleiades and the lower shaft of his tail is partly of Aries  and Pisces. Then with aid of a dark and starry night, you may begin to connect the mouth and the tail with a very long body in an oval shape. The front and back legs are made of a few stars: the front legs partially of stars from Taurus . The back legs and rear fin are made of 6 stars from the Cetus Constellation.

The long oval-shaped body has relatively few stars, but can been seen, howbeit with a dark, starry night. The four stars of the front fins are made partially of Taurus .

This above verse, and many other similar passages all reveal that the Day of the Lord has been an ongoing battle throughout the New Testament era.

And yet, it serves Satan’s purpose to convince us that we are not in the Day of the Lord.

That way, he can get us to relax, and take it easy.

Like never before in the history of this world, the two great warring factions, Heaven and Hell, have all but completely erased themselves from visibility.

And as a consequence, the citizens of this world are now immersed in stark unbelief!

As a matter of fact, even the very mention of a literal Devil brings out chuckling jests and eye-rolling unbelief from most persons.

And as far as they are concerned, if there is a literal God, He merely sits out there in deep space looking down through some giant telescope, monitoring the goings on here on “good old” Planet Earth.

But nothing could be further from the truth!

Actually, the battle between Heaven and Hell is raging all around us!

But the two opposing armies are keeping a very low profile, each for their own particular reasons.

First, Heaven keeps silent and invisible in attempt to insure that only those who come to Jesus, do so by faith alone.

Oh yes, Salvation is by grace alone.

But God still desires His followers to live by the yet-to-be-fulfilled promises of the Bible.

.

But very soon, this physical world will likewise be cast into that great final conflict!

As a matter of fact, it’s already beginning to happen!

.

Nevertheless, the Christian need not wait!

It just remains for us to enter into that battle!

It just remains to make that decision in the Valley of Decision!

But tragically, as a result of today’s Church leaders neglecting to properly warn and admonish the Church to stand in the battle now raging all around us, parishioners think that they can take it easy and enjoy life:

plays, operas, concerts, comedians,

bazaars, games, picnics, parties,

sports events, banquets, television, politics,

sight-seeing tours, music-listening, hobbies, 

time-consuming, energy-sapping careers, 

and a host of other worldly pleasures and ambitious pursuits pretty much fill up the days, weeks, months and years of God’s professed people’s earthly sojourn.

And as a result, Christ and His Word take a back seat in most churchgoers’ busy lives!

Now of course, the Christian must attend to the needs of their unsaved families, as far as possible.

And that Christian will probably have to make worldly concessions which single Christians need not make.

HAVING THE “PEACE WHICH SURPASSES ALL UNDERSTANDING”

On the other hand, just because we find ourselves in the midst of the Day of the Lord, should not cause us to live in fear!

If one’s eyes are truly looking Heavenward, fixed on Jesus, then there should be a peace which surpasses all understanding in the heart of that true Believer, even in the midst of the Devouring Fire now blazing on every side!

Look eastward in the early summer through fall.

Find the Cassiopeia Constellation. Cassiopeia is the Mount of Blessing.

In the sketch, it is the farthest mountain to the left.

In the sky, it is the northern-most of these three mountains when facing eastward.

Then find the second snow-cap to its right (south).

Then go a little further south to the next third snow-cap.

The snow-cap is the Destroying Mountain Constellation.

THE VALLEY OF DECISION CONSTELLATION GROUP.

They appear in mid-summer in the eastern skies in pre-dawn hours.

These are made of Cassiopeia (mount on left), and various stars from the Andromeda Constellation (valley) Pegasus (Mount of Cursing (middle mount) & Destroying Mount (right)), and Pisces (Broad Way to Hell).

The galaxy which appears to be climbing the Mountain of Blessing is the Andromeda Galaxy.

Revelation 18:2:

“And he (the mighty angel) cried mightily

with a strong voice, saying,

Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen,

and is become the habitation of devils,

and the hold of every foul spirit,

and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.”

Revelation 18:2

The 18th Chapter of Revelation speaks of a mystery harlot city called Babylon. And all through this chapter are clues as to just what or who is this mystery harlot.

.

For instance, in the 2nd verse it says…

“And he (the angel) cried mightily with a strong voice,

saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen,

and is become the habitation of devils,

and the hold of every foul spirit,

and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.”

Revelation 18:2

.

Now here it says that this mystery harlot city is, “a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.”

So, what in the world could this be speaking of? “A cage of every unclean and hateful bird!?!”

FALSE TEACHERS

.

Well, actually, this is one of the more easily deciphered clues as to just what or who this mystery harlot city is speaking of.

.

If we simply follow the biblical rule of interpretation, comparing “spiritual things with spiritual”, and “line upon line”, we find a verse in Jeremiah that explains what this cage is really all about.

(See Isaiah 28:9-12 & 1st Corinthians 2:13 “for line upon line” & “comparing spiritual things with spiritual” references)

Listen…“For among My people are found wicked men:

they lay wait, as he that setteth snares;

they set a trap, they catch men.

AS A CAGE FULL OF BIRDS,

so are their houses full of deceit:

therefore they are become great, and waxen rich. 

They are waxen fat, they shine:

yea, they overpass the deeds of the wicked:

they judge not the cause,

the cause of the fatherless, yet they prosper;

and the right of the needy do they not judge.”

Jeremiah 5:26-28

Here is a prophecy regarding wicked men among God’s apostate people of Jerusalem. These wicked men are special deceivers of Satan, who are “crept in unawares”; who lay snares for God’s professed people.

APOSTATE LEADERS

So now we see just who this mystery harlot is: Jerusalem of old! Yes, God calls His beloved city a harlot several times in Scripture.

.

And so, this, “cage of every unclean and hateful bird”, is speaking of the false teachers, false shepherds who lead astray God’s people.

.

Listen again…“O My people, they which lead thee cause thee to err, and destroy the way of thy paths.” Isaiah 3:12

.

Here again, this above verse clearly defines who leads God’s people astray: “they which lead thee”!

TWO JERUSALEMS

.

Now of course, Paul speaks about the two portions of Jerusalem in Galatians 4:25, 26…

“For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia,

and answereth to Jerusalem which now is,

and is in bondage with her children.

But Jerusalem which is above is free,

which is the mother of us all.”

.

So now is seen the spiritual nature of the Bible. Jerusalem represents more than merely a city over there in the Middle East.

.

But Paul foretells of a day in which the apostasy will come into its fullness…

“For the time will come

having itching ears;”

Yes, today we see the prosperity-driven gospels thriving in both the liberal as well as the conservative churches.

“And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her (Babylon), My people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.” Revelation 18:4

God has a people in Babylon. Yes, Mystery Babylon is the Mother of Harlots. The sketch to the left shows her riding this beast with 7 heads and 10 horns.

But in that spiritual city, there are those who still love God to a certain degree. And before the final plagues are poured out upon her, God has been and will continue to call His people out of her… “And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her (Babylon), my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.” Revelation 18:4

.

And so in addition to The Pleiades appearing as the Harlot Mother, we also see this second depiction of The Pleiades as an angel, which symbolizes God’s people, walking the downward pathway to destruction. They must be called out of Babylon before it’s too late!
