Every year, way down yonder in New Orleans, there is a big blowout celebration, just prior to Lent, when good Catholics abstain from meat for 40 days.

In this celebration, liquor, dancing girls, and probably every conceivable vice is freely enjoyed by the general populace just before they enter their 40 days of stark abstinence.

“Pretty comical!”, many critics probably muse.

THE SOON-COMING TIME OF TROUBLE

Nevertheless, the world seems to possess a worldly wisdom which can easily be translated into spiritual realities.

And this once-a-year celebration has an eerie resemblance to a long-anticipated event prophesied of, over 2500 years ago!

Listen…“And at that time shall Michael stand up,

the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people:

and there shall be a time of trouble,

such as never was since there was a nation

even to that same time:

and at that time thy people shall be delivered,

every one that shall be found written in the book.”

Daniel 21:1

Yes, there is coming a time of trouble of which mankind has never before witnessed! To use a current phrase, one might call it, “The Last Hurrah!”

You see, God has been restraining sin from the days of Creation, as this above verse from Psalms 76:10 reveals.

Oh yes, He’s allowed much sin and sorrow over the past millenniums of history. Truth-be-told, this is a horrible world in many respects.

But God has not allowed sin to be fully manifested.

He’s kept things under control to a great degree as the above Psalms 76:10 reveals.

But what if, just prior to Christ’s Return, God allowed evil to be seen in all its fullness?

What if He removed the restraints which have long held back the overwhelming tide of wickedness?

Let’s just suppose that God would like this world to see what He’s been holding back for so long…

“And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth,

holding the four winds of the earth,

that the wind should not blow on the earth,

nor on the sea, nor on any tree…

Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees,

till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.”

Here we see that the four winds are being held back until the appointed hour when they are unleashed upon the world.

Sin is a bottomless pit (spoken of 7 times in the Book of Revelation). Sin knows no limits!

BIBLE FORETELLS OF CANNIBALISM

But this is just the beginning of sorrows! It’s going to get a lot worse! The Bible even speaks of cannibalism of children by parents….

One Swedish scientist and a leading proponent of Evolution are both asking us to muse on the idea of cannibalism as a way of population control.

Now, this Bible Truth of the spiritual war within Christians is spoken of in slightly different terms in the little book of Galatians…

“For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit,

and the Spirit against the flesh:

so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.”

This above verse speaks of the struggle between the flesh and the Spirit, which is a constant spiritual warfare which every Believer must fight on a daily basis.

Now, Ellen G. White has a somewhat different interpretation of this coming “Time of Trouble”.

Yes, Ellen White saw the struggle of God’s people as a struggle with the unsaved multitudes, both in the world, but also the unsaved within the churches.

Yes, the time is near when every true Christian will be struggling against the unsaved multitudes of this rebellious planet.

Well, this different perspective is likewise a valid interpretation of “The Time of Jacob’s Trouble”, and is complete harmony with this website’s perspective.

THE HOLY GHOST RIDER CONSTELLATION

.

This newest Signs Of Heaven Constellation (Fall, 2013) is by far the faintest of constellations, but is a very incredible and awesome one in a number of ways (which this article will explain).

.

.

It is primarily comprised of the Camelopardalis Constellation (head and upper back), plus about 5 stars from the Cassiopeia Constellation (his leg), plus some random stars.

It appears as an outline of a rider.

Only the back of his head is detailed.

And his back and the back of his legs are also detailed.

Both sides of his arm are visible, and his hand is gripping the horse’s mane, and that is detailed by three stars (which are also part of the horse’s mane).

The rider is in a position vaguely similar to a race-horse jockey.

The two brightest stars in this constellation, are from the Cassiopeia Constellation, and are part of his leg.

All the rest of the stars are very faint, and must be viewed on a very starry night.

.

Since this constellation has just been revealed, there may be more to this constellation in the coming months.

But if you can locate the Goodly Horse in Battle Constellation, then you shouldn’t have too much trouble locating this Rider Constellation, provided you have excellent star-watching conditions. 

.

The above picture is not a totally accurate, but hopefully close enough to locate these constellations in the night-sky.

“HE THAT HATH EARS TO HEAR”

.

“He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches;” Revelation 2:7, 11, 17, 29, 3:6, 13, 22

.

As you can easily see, this horse has some very big ears.

Of course, this presents a very big concept.

And since this Rider represents the Holy Spirit, it is obvious that He is leaning close, as if to whisper His words in the horse’s ears.

And so what is He (The Spirit) whispering in this horse’s ears?

Well, primarily the messages to the 7 churches, found in Revelation Ch.’s, 2 & 3.

.

But not everyone has ears to hear.

Listen to Ezekiel… “Son of man,

thou dwellest in the midst of a rebellious house,

which have eyes to see, and see not;

they have ears to hear, and hear not:

for they are a rebellious house.”

Ezekiel 12:2.

Yes, the rebellion amongst God’s professing people was great, and they had all but closed their ears from hearing truth.

Well it’s the very same problem in the New Testament.

Listen to Jesus… “If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.” Mark 7:16.

.

So this Rider whispering into this Horse’s ears is a heavenly picture of this concept… “He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches;” Revelation 2:7, 11, 17, 29, 3:6, 13, 22.

.

Now the great lesson to be learned, is that there are certain truths, which those who are rebellious in God’s house, will not be able to hear.

And these messages to the 7 churches are those very types of messages, that many “Christians” just do not like to hear.

.

And so, what is the bottom line. Well, it would be a very good idea, for each and every one of us to humble ourselves before God, and plead with Him to give us spiritual ears to hear these deeper truths which God is trying to tell us.

CAMPING AND WHITE BOTH IN AGREEMENT

Well, it’s too bad that Harold Camping didn’t understand Ellen White’s ministry.

Yes, Harold Camping thought Mrs. White to be a false prophet.

But had he explored her ministry more closely, he would have discovered that she taught many similar truths which he also taught!

“COME OUT OF HER, MY PEOPLE!”

Revelation 18:4

For instance, both White and Camping taught that the time would come for God to call His faithful people out of Babylon, the apostate churches and denominations.

She taught that this time would come in the future, and 150 years later, Camping taught that the time had now fully arrived to, “Come out of her, My people”. Revelation 18:4  

.

And truth-be-told, from the time that the 1844 announcement of Christ’s Return was trumpeted (frequently referred to as, “The Great Disappointment of 1844”) until Camping pronounced it time to “come out of Babylon”, in 1994, exactly 150 years had passed, almost to the day! (from fall of 1844 to fall of 1994)

Now of course, since Ellen White made this prediction of a future call to come out of Babylon, back in the mid-nineteenth century, her uncanny insight into our present distress was nothing less than a gift and revelation from God!

And yet, Harold Camping’s vast knowledge of the Scriptures and its prophecies, made his ministry equally as amazing.

.

Yes, Camping opened up these prophecies, which were greatly veiled in both testaments, revealing them to his listeners on a nightly basis.

ANOTHER FULFILLED PREDICTION BY E. G. WHITE

And in her Chapter 38, “The Final Warning”, she foretells that the 2nd Angel’s Message would unite with 3rd Angel’s Message, which, actually, is now occurring.

And she also foretold that the 3rd Angel’s message would extend beyond her insight into other areas, which it definitely has!

.

And this prediction is only confirmed when the reader explores the third angel’s message as is being currently presented!

Yes, the third angel’s message is presented in a much broader fulfillment than Ellen White could see back in her day!

This is just another proof of the veracity of her ministry, since she accurately foretold of the broader end-time message to come (she also accurately predicted that the 7th Day Sabbath would be proclaimed “more fully”, which is now happening (see Great Controversy and/or Early Writings))!

THESE SIGNS ARE MENTIONED

From time to time, the Book of Revelation mentions stars.

But when we get to Revelation Chapter 12, it speaks of two “great signs in heaven”.

First, it speaks of the sign in heaven of a woman with child.

Then it speaks of the sign in heaven of a great red dragon, with a tail that sweeps one-third of the stars and casts these stars down to the earth.

So, we get the sense that this phenomenon that the Apostle John was seeing, was closely intertwined with the starry host of the heavens.

And these two signs in heaven, a woman, and a dragon, are a big part of this website, Signs Of Heaven.

A certain movie producer/director was once approached by a very apologetic actor whose costly mistakes caused a certain scene to require numerous re-shoots.

Well, this very famous producer/director obviously knew how much these mistakes were costing.

Nevertheless, in his usual low-key, super-dry, dead-panned wit, the director responded to the clumsy, yet apologetic actor, “It’s only a movie”.

THIS WORLD IS JUST A REALLY BAD MOVIE!

.

Of course, that statement, “It’s only a movie” is a reference to what parents often tell their crying children to comfort them when some horrible movie scene frightens them.

.

But if you really ponder it, that statement, “It’s only a movie”, has an eerie parallel to this world with all its horrific events.

Yes, the world has its own wisdom, which can so often be translated into spiritual analogies.

“…Cause all the nations…to drink it (God’s cup of fury). And they shall drink, and be moved, and be mad (insane)”

Jeremiah 25:15, 16 (condensed)

And as the world sits back in its recliner and watches all the present-day pandemic mayhem and madness, it no doubt makes them nervous and frightened… “What in the world is going on here?”, it silently screams to itself.

Yes, this current-day situation is getting so absolutely upside-down-crazy, that it’s hard to believe that all this world-wide insanity is really happening!

But to us, His frightened children, our God says…“It’s only a movie”.

“Be not troubled”

.

Oh no, God obviously doesn’t say those exact words, “It’s only a movie”. But He does say such things as, 

“And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars:

see that ye be not troubled:

for all these things must come to pass,

but the end is not yet.”

Matthew 24:6

Notice that it says here that “such things must come to pass”.

Yes, God is in full control of world events.

And these events have all been allowed to happen by the God of infinite foreknowledge, and pre-determined purpose, according to His infinite wisdom.

IT MAKES US WANT TO CRY

Nevertheless, as we behold the daily tragedies around the world, it rightfully causes us to mourn for those suffering ones.

And the suffering in this world is very real, very great, and very painful!

And it certainly makes God weep!

But alas, God must allow us to see all these sad events, or we will never understand the true nature of our rebellion against Heaven, and the tragic results from turning our backs on Heaven!

GOD IN COMPLETE CONTROL

Listen again to what Daniel 4:35 says about God’s divine providence…

“and He (God) doeth according to His will in the army of Heaven,

and among the inhabitants of the earth:

and none can stay His hand,

or say unto Him, ‘What are You doing?!'”

Here is one of the most revealing verses in the Bible!

And coupled with so many similar verses along with, “great and precious promises”, the Christian can take great comfort in knowing that all things are going as planned…“for that that is determined shall be done.” Daniel 11:36

TELEVISION: MIRROR OF MY SOUL

Yes, this world is almost like a giant movie set.

And the “programming” has all been pre-determined long ago. God knows what’s in the heart of Man.

And He has allowed television, radio, magazines, Internet, etc., for the purpose of showing us how terrible this selfish world really is.

SATAN’S FACE-MEN AND FACE-WOMEN

Oh yes, Satan, the great False Prophet has his spokespeople on the media telling how wonderful our lives can be.

And he produces many movies and TV shows and even TV advertisements which portray this world as a “great place” to pursue one’s dreams and aspirations. 

.

But then, we simply turn the channel to the horrific news reports, and get a good dose of the reality of what this sad world is truly all about.

GOOD NEWS! AN ESCAPE ROUTE!

Well, the Good News is, that God has given us an escape route out of all this pandemic madness!

Yes, and that escape route can be revealed by opening one’s Bible and pleading with God to show us the Way out.

And of that escape route it is prophesied…

.

“And an highway shall be there, and a way,

and it shall be called The way of holiness…

the redeemed shall walk there…

and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their heads:

they shall obtain joy and gladness,

and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.”

Isaiah 35:8-10

WOW! Just think about it! Everlasting joy!

And we won’t have to sit and watch this horrible movie (called “Planet Earth”) ever again!

In that wonderful Promised Land which awaits our arrival, our past on this sin-cursed earth will then just be a distant and fading (yet, poignantly unforgettable) memory!

A certain Christian radio talk-show was focused on all the mass shootings which are occurring so regularly these days.

And the host was concerned about having more security measures, more well-trained and weaponized professionals, more background checks, as well as further safety checks in the future.

Of course, all these preventative measures might be necessary.

GETTING TO THE ROOT CAUSE

But even with all these seemingly good and necessary safeguards in place, the deep underlying cause for all the killings and crime sprees has not been properly addressed.

These preventative measures are mere band-aids.

.

And while they may stop the bleeding for a while, they do not get to the root of the problem.

‘HUMBLE THEMSELVES AND PRAY, AND SEEK MY FACE”

And this brings us back to today’s signature verse… 

“If My people, which are called by My name,

shall humble themselves, and pray,

and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways;

then will I hear from Heaven,

and will forgive their sin,

and will heal their land.” 

2nd Chronicles 7:14

.

Here we have the underlying cause for all the horrific atrocities now occurring throughout the land, and even around the world.

God’s people must step up to the plate and fulfill this above verse.

.

2ND CHRONICLES 7:14, HAS BECOME A CLICHE

Now, there are many moral, law-abiding, church-going citizens who have this verse planted in their front lawn for all passers-by to see.

But this above verse, at best, is only superficially understood.

MORE THAN MERE MORALITY

.

The problem is, we just don’t fully realize the depths of what 2nd chronicles 7:14 is really saying.

.

Most faithful churchgoers look at this verse and merely think of it only in terms of morality and outward behavior.

.

But what most of us just don’t fully comprehend is, that the Christian life is a moment-by-moment faith-walk, as the Spirit of God leads us onward and upward along the pathway of Bible truth.

.

“When thou saidst, Seek ye my face; my heart said unto thee, Thy face, LORD, will I seek”

Psalm 27:8

To seek the face of Jesus, as 2nd Chronicles 7:14 instructs us, has been further spoken of in 2nd Corinthians, 3:18…

“But we all, with open face

beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord,

are changed into the same image

from glory to glory,

even as by the Spirit of the Lord.”

.

Here is the essence of true Christianity. To keep our eyes fixed on Jesus. That is what is meant when 2nd Chronicles 7:14 commands us “to seek My face”.

.

Oh yes, God fully assists us in this process.

He works with us every moment of the day, even though we’re not aware of it.

And yes, God often gives us times of rest, and refreshment, and joy during our daily faith-walk.

But in addition to spending our day meditating on His Word, it is also the many trials, both big and small which God has ordained to purify us from the nagging sins which seemingly refuse to let go of us.

“FLEE TO THE MOUNTAINS”

Mark 13:14

But while both the secular world and nominal Christians attempt to solve society’s problems in superficial ways, those who are truly called by God’s name must cast away all our earthly idols, both big and small, just as Isaiah, Chapter 2:20, 21 says…

“In that day a man shall cast his idols of silver,

and his idols of gold,

which they made each one for himself to worship,

to the moles and to the bats;

To go into the clefts of the ragged rocks,

for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of His majesty,

when He ariseth to shake terribly the earth.”

.

Yes, God has arisen, and He is beginning to shake the earth terribly.

And so, it is high time for His people to cast away our many idols, and begin to fully devote ourselves to our God-given commission to overcome the world, the flesh, and the Devil.

.

And this is the only means by which the Lord has ordained, that all this madness and mayhem may finally and fully be vanquished!

So, in this little series, the subject of those noble Bereans has been introduced. And today, it is still worthy of a little more exploration into another area of concern.

.

Let’s review the key Bible passage… “And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea: who coming there, went into the synagogue of the Jews. These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.” Acts 17:10, 11

AN OPEN-MINDED SPIRIT IN BEREA

.

Okay, so those in Berea were more noble, because they:

.

1. “Received the Word with all readiness of mind.”

.

2. “And searched the Scriptures daily, whether those things were so.”

.

And so, the Bereans were ready to receive new teachings, which no doubt, conflicted with the supposed, “orthodox” teachings of that day.

.

Thus there was an open-mindedness which permeated their hearts, and a willingness to search the Scriptures daily, in hopes that these seemingly new teachings were indeed true!

THE REVELATION 12 DRAGON

.

This Revelation 12 Dragon “cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.” Revelation 12:15

.

And this amazing constellation is comprised of various stars from several different well-known constellations. And this Dragon was created by God to reveal and confirm a great Bible truth regarding Satan and his war against Heaven.

.

And the wave of water coming forth out of the Dragon’s mouth is spoken of in more veiled terms in such places as Psalm 22:5, 6… “When the waves of death compassed me, the floods of ungodly men made me afraid; The sorrows of Hell compassed me about; the snares of death prevented me;”

.

So here we see that the Dragon’s wave of water is actually symbolic of Satan’s army of willing humans, who oppress the Church through means of false doctrines, oppressive dogma, and mind-indoctrination via various ungodly influences.

THE GREAT CONTROVERSY

In Ellen White’s book, “The Great Controversy Between Christ and Satan”, she addresses this issue of liberty of conscience, and the future persecution against the faithful remnant people of God.

.

AN INSIGHTFUL AND UNCANNY LOOK FORWARD IN TIME!

Now, when reading this fine book, Great Controversy, it is also an uncanny look forward in time, to our day, and speaks of things only realized in these last few decades.

.

And yet, because it was written in the late 1800’s, it doesn’t fully explain things from today’s vantage point. In other words, we have a much greater advantage today, because we can more clearly and more fully see the reality of the current world situation.

.

Yes, we now have the great advantage of living in this day when prophecy is being fulfilled right before our very eyes!

.

Nevertheless, Ellen White was given great insight into Bible prophecy, and by reading The Great Controversy, it is a tremendous witness that God was indeed working mightily through her!

MUCH WORSE THAN ANYONE REALIZED!

But in this fearful time we are now living, we realize that Satan’s oppressive warfare against God’s people is of a much wider scope than merely from the papal church-system.

And perhaps this chapter does not bring this aspect out as clearly as it should.

.

Nevertheless, we can now see things in much clearer light, and understand that liberty of conscience is in much greater peril because of the totalitarian nature of the current-day oppression!

VARIOUS INSTRUMENTS OF OPPRESSION

Yes, with the advent of such things as television, radio, and Internet, Satan is now using virtually all of society to control the hearts and minds of God’s remnant people. And all this mind control goes far beyond the Church, as he works through these various means to brainwash all of society, yea even all the world!

.

Even the educational institutions are currently being used in his battle to control the hearts and minds of the people! Oh yes, there are no doubt, many fine and dedicated employees within these institutions. But just like the apostate churches and denominations, these honest-hearted people would be mortified and appalled to realize that Satan is using them as pawns to further his oppressive warfare against the entire world, and especially against God’s faithful ones!

So just where is the Good News in all this bad news?

The Revelation 12 Dragon Constellation can be located by finding Orion in winter months. The Dragon is to Orion’s left, and the Dragon’s mouth is right next to Orion’s shield. This Dragon’s mouth is the V-like constellation The Hyades Cluster, which is also known as the head of Taurus the Bull. The Dragon’s tail-tip is Pleiades and the lower shaft of his tail is partly of Aries  and Pisces. Then with aid of a dark and starry night, you may begin to connect the mouth and the tail with a very long body in an oval shape. The front and back legs are made of a few stars: the front legs partially of stars from Taurus . The back legs and rear fin are made of 6 stars from the Cetus Constellation.

BODY HARD TO SEE

.

The long oval-shaped body has relatively few stars, but can been seen, howbeit with a dark, starry night. The four stars of the front fins are made partially of Taurus .

FIRST APPEARS IN MID-SUMMER

This Dragon constellation appears in the eastern horizon about mid-summer in the pre-dawn hours, spewing his flood-waters northward toward the Revelation 12 Woman in Travail (not pictured in this chart).

The Wave of Water is primarily composed of the Constellation Auriga. There are two dimmer stars (#’s 1 & 2) which are closest to the Dragon’s mouth. These two dimmer stars are also part of this Wave of Water, but are not part of the Auriga Constellation.

HEAVENLY OBJECT LESSON

“Then the moon shall be confounded, and the sun ashamed,

when the LORD of hosts shall reign in mount Zion,

and in Jerusalem, and before His ancients gloriously.”

When God created the Moon and the stars, He ordained them to “rule the night” (Gen. 1:16).

The Moon, especially when it is full, can light your pathway through the night, as it reflects the light of the Sun.

.

So too, the Christian is to be a light to the world: to this sin-darkened world.

But as the Moon must reflect the light of the Sun, in order to be a light to the world, so also must the Christian reflect the light of Jesus, to be a spiritual light to this planet in rebellion.

.

Listen…

“Ye are the light of the world…

Let your light so shine before men,

that they may see your good works,

and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”

Matthew 5:14-16

.

However, during an eclipse, the Earth passes directly between the Sun and the Moon, preventing that sunlight from shining on the Moon’s face.

This is an incredible object-lesson about when the child of God allows the world to come between him and his Lord.

Like the eclipse, that person no longer reflects the light of Jesus, because his or her love of this dark world of sin has eclipsed the light from the “Sun of Righteousness” (see Malachi 4:2).

But why should it be a surprise that society avoids Church history?

After all, this planet is ruled over by “the god of this world”, Lucifer, that fallen, rebel angel! (see 2nd Corinthians 4:4)

But in today’s western societies, there is now occurring a dumbing down of the culture!

Oh yes, there continues to be many scientific and technological discoveries. That aspect of knowledge still grows.

But higher thought is rapidly devolving.

In the music world, the entertainment world, as well as general wisdom, the general populace is no longer excelling, but rather becoming increasingly base and crude, with each passing year.

AMERICAN HISTORY NOW DE-EMPHASIZED

But even American history is no longer required in school, especially since it involves the Church coming here to escape the tyranny by the church-state beast-system of Europe during the Reformation years.

And of course, because the founding fathers of this nation were Bible-based, today’s atheistic school-systems are totally averse to teaching any such “dangerous” events.

And so, just ask almost any young person the most basic questions concerning history, and most of time, chances are, they don’t know what you are speaking of!

In other words, they know in their heart that this a great deception, and yet they have no problem with such dishonesty!

And just look at television and Internet! The great literary works of yesteryear have greatly been replaced by TV dramas which often capitalize on pride, murder, revenge, lust, greed, hate, and other animal-like behaviors.

And Internet is even worse, pushing the lowest, crudest, lewdest, and vilest videos, etc., steering young people away from anything elevating and ennobling.

SPIRITUAL DEATH-CAMPS?

One religious commentator recently made the comment that he views public schools as being spiritual death-camps! In other words, Satan has designed public schools to suck every bit of spiritual life out of students, eventually turning them into God-hating atheists.

And the general consensus among Christian thought-leaders is that public schools no longer teach children “how to think”, but rather, “what to think.”

“THE SPIRIT OF ERROR…NOW WORKS IN THE CHILDREN OF DISOBEDIENCE”

Well, of course, all this ignorance and deception are not merely the fault of our school systems.

No, this is actually the evil workings of “the god of this world”, Lucifer, who controls, to a great extent, what the societies of the world do and don’t do.

And let’s face it, young people who have been dumbed-down in their knowledge of history are very pliable and much easier to manipulate in any direction which his Satanic-Majesty wishes to lead them…“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge”, says the Lord! Hosea 4:6

Yes, as this above verse reveals, a lack of knowledge is a very dangerous thing!

7 HEADS, 10 HORNS, & 7 CROWNS OF THE DRAGON

.

“And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.” Revelation 12:3 

.

In Revelation, the Dragon of Revelation 12 is described as having seven heads, ten horns, and seven crowns. However, the Dragon Constellation up in the night sky does not.

.

But God has faithfully created the wave of water, in such a way, as to illustrate this same concept of the seven heads, ten horns, and seven crowns. Because this wave of water is basically composed of ten stars.

.

The main body of the wave has seven stars (#‘s, 1 thru 7). 

And the tip of the crest of the wave has the other three stars (#’s, 8, 9 & 10).

So we have this 7 and 10 numbering.

And this gives us a great clue, as to where in the Bible we should look, to find out the riddle as to just what or who do these 7 heads, 10 crowns, and 7 horns represent.

Because, the Bible speaks very much about floods and waters as being associated with Satan (the Dragon).
